i tried to book on line and found it…

i tried to book on line and found it difficult to navigate and when I pressed the button for help the lady was most unhelpful and wouldn't / couldn't help saying I had to do everything on line - so why is she there I wonder! I finally did it and got the booking though not the ideal flights as I just couldn't figure out how to amend them! rang the number and pressed for help and both times just rude. I hope logitravel improve with the holiday.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY They promised us a full refund for a hotel that treated us badly and now 2 months on and they still haven't refunded us. also called ROOMDI same people answer the phones. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY i will be starting court proceeding to recover our money if i don't receive this week? this is the response i have had for the last 2 months they have never contacted me i have chased them for 2 month and this is all they say. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY Still not had my refund that was agreed and then retracted. Have I waited and been patient long enough. You had no intention on refunding me it now 2021

book for a hotel and get hotel I DONT want

I had booked up a few months ago and now 6 days before travel they inform me I'm going to another hotel. There is no choice except take it or cancel. The hotel is also a lot cheaper than the one I'd booked won't help you even though I gave 2 alternatives . Not happy at all won't book with them again !!!!!!!

Deferred payments didn't add up.

Deferred payments didn't add up. The site was okay to use, but I would have selected the deferred payments option, only the three payments shown added up to roughly £3230, when the holiday was only £1922. So unfortunately I had to pay the whole amount up front.

To book holidays online is easy, considering I am doing the job for the company. The price is reasonable but not cheap. Out of the 16 days holidays and 7 different hotels, one of them the was terrible, so much so I wouldn't put my dog there. Another one was just about human conditions. I complained in both occasions and no reply so far. The rest of the trip was fine until the return. Due to a medical problem I wasn't allow to fly. Logitravel did NOTHING. I have to take care of extra hotel nights and flight back. Upt to today, I am still dealing with this. Now, LOGITRAVEL is ok if you do the job for them, pay them and that's the end. If you have problems during your holidays, oh dear, you are on your own, even though they have a useless 24h service. I am taking it as high as it necessary, including ATOL complain. I won't let go not only for me, I DON'T WANT THIS TO HAPPEN TO ANYONE. Find another company that have a decent customer care / relations (or pray not o have any problem on your holidays)

Easy to understand

Easy to understand, very few questions. We have no VAT # in the U.S., filling in all zeroes made it work. International booking disagreed with U.S. credit card. One phone call to bank fixed that. Website waited while I worked it out.
