Beware of extra charges they don't tell you in advance about
When purchasing a cruise from them, the price they advertise isn't the price you pay. They fail to mention compulsory Service Charges, although even their own T&Cs state that these charges should be displayed in the booking notes. Once you specifically enquire they admit the extra compulsory charges but act as if they aren't in the wrong (although clearly mis-sold the package) and making a deposit refund process (a fair thing to ask, is it not?) as much of a pillar-to-post and "wasn't me you spoke to" and "not my department" as possible. Extremely unfair, extremely unhelpful. UPD. - despite clearly mis-seling a package to me, they refuse to refund a deposit point blank. Saying it's my responsibility to familiarise myself with their cancellation policy. Obviously, cancelation policies only work with packages sold professionally and honestly but not with Logitravel apparently. Really, really encourage to avoid them at all costs UPD 2: I see Logitravel is reporting some negative reviews where customers call them scammers. Logitravel say they can't be scammers as they are an established business operating for many years. What's that got to do with anything, I've got no idea. I guess, nobody likes to be called scammers, even if they mis-sell you a product and refuse to offer proper redress. UPD 3: Dear Logitravel, it's awfully nice of you to decide whether the issue is solved or not on my behalf. Technical problem or not, you have failed to disclose the full price of the cruise package that I have booked through Logitravel. That means that the package was mis-sold to me, and you were in breach of your own T&Cs as well as good trading practices. When such a breach occurs, I think it is only fair for a customer to consider any agreement with a supplier being void and it is only fair and reasonable to seek a refund of any deposits paid, i.e. to return to the exact same state that the customer was before entering the agreement that the supplier has then breached. Although you said you would pay the extra charges, I couldn't trust you anymore and therefore I've asked you to refund a deposit which you refused citing the Terms and Conditions (which you have breached). Therefore the issue, of course, IS NOT solved. I told you in no uncertain terms that I do not consider the issue solved and that I shall seek assistance of a third-party mediator should you refuse to solve the issue fairly, i.e. refund my deposit. After that you have decided not to reply to me. Now, you tell me that you have decided on my behalf that the issue is solved. I can assure you it's not solved and the way you have handled my complaint encourages me to reiterate my advice to fellow travellers once again - AVOID LOGITRAVEL.

Early doors impressions
Still 6 months away from the start of our fly-cruise, but these are my impressions so far. The online booking process was simple enough and quick, with follow-up e-mails arriving soon after. Slight gripe: I ended up with 3 e-mails, all with slight changes to details but there was no summary indication as to what the differences were i.e. had to visually check one against another. Plus, the third one had links to their Spanish site, rather than UK... Called them today to query who needs to do what and when (vouchers, seats, transfers) and they were most helpful and informative. Customer service the way it should be, essentially. All gone well so far. Will update as things progress.

We enjoyed our holiday but the transfer was messed up which left us stuck at the airport. The 24 hour helpline just went to music for over 20 minutes. We were told by the transfer company that we could sleep on the floor of the airport (when we had booked a hotel with all inclusive!!!!!!) or get a taxi. We took a taxi and then called Logitravel to tell them the next day. They did nothing to help other than to say that we should send a copy of the receipt when we return from holiday. I did that on 20th August 2018 and still haven't heard back from them 2 months later. This is despite making a formal complaint. Now had to raise the matter with ABTA - I would now avoid logitravel at all costs. The only response I get from Logitravel is that they are making enquiries with their supplier - this should never take 2 months. Do not thank me for my patience, my patience has run out. I await your offer of compensation which should include an amount of interest caused by the delay and the stress and inconvenience caused to your paying customers. Also, why don't you allow your paying customers to communicate with the claims team? I have also asked for details of all communications regarding my claim and this was refused (claiming that they are unable to provide details of a contract with a supplier) which is not what I have asked for. LOGITRAVEL have no respect for their customers whatsover and do not understand the law regarding disclosure of information, which the customer is entitled to when it pertains to that individual customer. Why would they pick up the phone to the supplier to carry out enquiries when they can keep the money they owe me in their bank accounts for as long as possible. I have asked them how many times they have tried to contact the supplier and by what method (phone e-mail fax, letter) and they could not answer me. This suggests that they have not made any effort at all. This is not the way to treat customers or be a successful business.
