Bought an adjustable ring as a gift for my partner. He’s always struggled to find rings that fit his fingers and this was perfect , very durable too so wears all the time. Cannot fault this brand

Low quality even for the price

Low quality even for the price. Have had two separate orders arrive in the post with dents or scratches on rings. Items I have kept have tarnished. They refuse to refund for damaged goods if bought in sale so recommend to avoid.

I have purchased lots over the years

I have purchased lots over the years. Recently bought two earrings on 1st July. One has broken. Contacted customer support for a replacement they have tried telling me this order is over a year old!! Shocking. Waiting for resolution. Update now serge denimes has finally replied months later. I wasn't sent a replacement. You sent out the wrong replacement which still hasn't been corrected and the overall experience has left me never wanting to shop with you as a company again as your customer services is awful and not worth the hassle of months of back and forth with no proper resolution

Cowboys and Criminals

After buying a ring and waiting a week for it to be dispatched, received a curt email saying that they would not honour the purchase. The ring however is still showing as available online. Yet to receive a refund. Criminal outfit, do not use.

Excellent email customer service

Jourdan at online customer service was brilliant. I had trouble liking the particular stone I got in a piece of jewellery, and they couldn’t have been more helpful and attentive. Their email replies were quick and friendly, and went above and beyond to rectify an issue I had (me being a nuisance). They were able to help me exchange my item when I couldn’t figure it out, and they also ensured I would be pleased with the product by ensuring the jewellery was what I was looking for. 5/5 recommendation for customer service (and their jewellery is great too). I will be back for more based on that good experience alone.

Have had an issue I'm trying to resolve. Have no response since Friday. A week ago. Jourdan seems to be the advisor who is dealing with all platforms and is now non responsive! No phone number to call and no response on socials or email.
