Stop allowing hunts on your land!!

They allow so called “trail hunts” on their land. And we know trail hunting is just a big cover up for fox hunting!! I won’t support a business that allows psychopaths onto their land with packs of dogs to tear apart our wildlife.

NT will not cancel membership

We have only managed to book and visit one site this year but the NT refuses to cancel our membership. As a lifelong supporter of the organisation, I'm shocked to be treated in the is way...we won't be joining again. A contract is meant to be two way and they are simply not providing their side of the agreement at the moment.

Inevitable decay

Hard to give a review of a visit, as the 'National' Trust is too busy censoring, distorting and re-writing history to actually enable access to the properties that it is supposed to hold in trust for the nation. The same one which mostly paid for their construction through one form of indentured domestic labour or another. When they do open, what will we find? Another British institution destroyed by the self-serving 'Third Sector' that reserves highly paid roles for itself by using a political code to exclude any genuine and competent candidate. I will retain my membership to enable me to vote at AGMs (I have usually found myself voting against their 'preferred candidates') but will not donate further or support them in the future.

I've been a member for several years…

I've been a member for several years but have decided to forego renewal because of the ridiculous politicisation

It's a shame, but I've cancelled my membership

My reviews on Trustpilot are overwhelmingly positive, but this is one of the few that are not. As with many previous reviewers we have just cancelled our membership. We did so with a heavy heart as we have always appreciated the Trust's work and enjoyed the visits we have made. But it is no longer doing what it was created to do - namely to protect the nation's heritage - and instead has decided to join the nation's new obsession of self-flagellation. If one day it wakes up and realises that the ever increasing woke agenda only appeals to a tiny minority then perhaps I'll renew my membership. I always look for companies that respond and sometimes try to deal with poor reviews they receive, but I notice that the Trust has failed to respond here. Make of that what you will.

The National No Trust

In light of the recent policies I've cancelled our membership. We paid for the last 12 years even though we didn't visit many properties. No more.

We have our membership too in line with…

We have our membership too in line with a lot of the other comments - totally object to trashing our history.

Cancelling my membership of 15 years

Cancelling my membership of 15 years. I'd have been happy paying for no visits at all during these rather strange times, just to help them out; but I'm not going to pay them to trash our cultural heritage. This is the Long March Through The Institutions. See if you have better luck seeking funding from the Millenials you seem to wish to impress. I only hope we don't end up paying for this nonsense out of general taxation,
