I really it's like my experience with them. They were very professional and courteous. I couldn't ask for more.

The quality of actual laundry service is good, but the effectiveness of HappyNest communications is off. I spoke to customer service agents literally 5 times regarding this last job, and while they apologized profusely, they were unable to provide a reliable channel of messaging regarding the status of my service. I live in a condo complex and need to know delivery status, which they did not provide. I'll think twice before I use this service again...

Absolutely AWESOME!! I've been using Happy Nest for quite awhile at my old address and now at my new one! Lately I haven't been able to make it to the Laundromat, so using Happy Nest is the same as if you were doing your own laundry without all the hassle! They do it EXACTLY as you tell them to and have never lost even a sock or pair of boxers. I'm very picky with my laundry and how it gets done and they check all the boxes. The delivery service is A1!! You can track them on their way to pick up your laundry and you can track the truck on the way to drop it off to you so there's no error in getting your laundry to you. I highly recommend them. Everyone I've met and/or dealt with in the company have been very nice and courteous to deal with!

drop off kept getting delayed... it ended up taking them 6 days to get me my laundry back. that said, the cleaning and folding was great.

Had a good experience with Happy Nest. They followed my washing and drying instructions. My down comforter came out CLEAN and SOFT!!!

Great communication with pick up and drop off. Clothes were folded neat and tidy. Slipped them right from the bag into my dresser. Quick and easy with great service.

Everything was great from the pickup to the washing and folding of the clothes and even the drop off. The only thing was I was missing an item.

It was fast, and easy. It was next day, (on a weekend) contactless pickup and delivery. Great communication. Excellent service. Just very helpful once in awhile help. It's also very worth the price!

Likes: Easy to sign up. On time Dislikes: Bag is too small. All my white s came back either gray, bluish and pink. Looks like they were washed with colors. Had to throw some stuff away. Overall, paying by bag would be great if the bags held more. I'm going back to my former service. I get more for my money and have never had an issue with my whites. Thank you
