I was Highly impressed With the laundry I received. I stopped using you guys a long time ago because I kept getting frustrated on how poorly my clothes were folded. I recently broke my arm and have been unable to do laundry. I really am impressed with the job that you guys did folding my clothes and I very much appreciate it. I will definitely use you guys more in future.

Wow, I don’t know if I’ve ever had better communication from a business! I knew exactly what to do, when they’d pick up/drop off, etc. I’m so thankful I found this service. I will use it again when I have items that need a special touch or are too large for my machines.

The instructions for how the pickup would go were unclear so I didn't know to leave the laundry outside (I had it inside). Then I was charged a fee for missing it. But once I got the clothing picked up the next day, it was amazing. I will do it again but wish the instructions for first timers was made more clear.

Followed instructions carefully, Pick off and drop off was done successfully without interruptions. Prompt me when pick up and returning my laundry was getting closer than expected. As far stain removal and folding was up to par.

Laundry returned the very next day, perfectly folded and stacked. Communication very clear during both the pick-up and delivery phases.

The company was honest regarding their services and what they provide. They contacted me (via text) before arrival and before pick up/drop off. The driver was professional and courteous. It was quick, reasonable, and clothes came back clean, smelling fresh, and folded. This was a quick fix because my washer broke; however I'm really thinking about using them again even after the new washer arrives.
