I needed a way to get my laundry done after a bad fall that had me confined to the house. I signed up for HappyNest with specific instructions on where to pick up my laundry. The 1st pickup was missed because the driver went to the bar/restaurant I live behind. A second pickup was scheduled and that driver got it right. A few hours after the pick up I received a call from customer service saying that they were not going to do my laundry because of a sign above the bar door!! Which has absolutely nothing to do with me. I was told the manager was personally going to bring my laundry back the next morning. The rep that I spoke with said he was livid about it. After going back and forth my laundry was done and brought back the next day. After speaking to a manager by the name of Matt, he said they would not do my clothes again. I was still receiving texts to schedule pickups so I scheduled for Monday January 13th, the laundry was not picked up I called and was told it was cancelled at 6:30 am that morning!! I didn't cancel it!! Set up another pickup for next day, no pickup. I tried to open the app on my phone and it would not open. Called again, was told I'd get a call back after speaking with their manager..Guess who? Matt. Never got the call back. Am I wrong to be upset about this???

Pick up was good and drop off also 1st time will use again!

Fresh cozy clean laundry feeling. I feel like even snuggling my tshirts. I was using poplin and even gave them detergent and I never could get that feeling. I like that they provide the laundry soap.
