Awesome service!

I will not be using Happy Nest ever again! The laundry was returned smushed in bags and were not properly folded. I did call to verify if this was Happy Nest’s standards. I was told that the laundry should’ve been returned in clear plastic bags rather than smushed together as they were in the bags I sent. I had to refold everything and it was a complete waste of time and money. Update due to Happy Nest’s response: Happy Nest’s response is untrue. The laundry was NOT returned wrinkle free and there should not have to be explicit instructions for clothes to be folded and stored in a manner that is neat and orderly. That should be bare minimum for a paid laundry service. Happy Nest also told me they would conduct an “investigation” and I have yet to hear anything from this.

Was clean but came back wet

A little bit pricey but my laundry was picked up and delivered with efficiency and speed. The convenience is worth it. Would highly recommend using Happy Nest.
