Ease of use: It was so easy to clean my queen sized quilt which would never have fit in my small washer/dryer. The pick up and delivery were flawless.

I was lied to about the pricing terrible

Early pickup of my laundry. Was able to track my driver. My laundry was delivered back to me the next day. This was my first experience. Very good!! Laundry was delivered back nicely packed in a plastic bag. Nicely packed! Great scent!! Great job!! Thank You!

I recently had knee surgery and having a laundry service was such a relief! HappyNest did an excellent job from pickup to drop off. I recommend HappyNest to my Daughter who simply hates doing laundry for her large family.

False advertising and they couldn’t care less about customer service. Quoted a price for one bag and charged me for two bags of laundry bse they said the bag was too big. IT WAS THEIR COMPANY’S BAG! I offered them a chance to fix it by refunding 1/2 the money which was they the original price quote. They refused. Will never use this company again!
