This is the BEST gift I have ever given myself! I get 10 days worth of laundry done in under 30”!! I put it in bag, leave it and it’s returned perfectly folded and I put it awayyyyyyy. How novel. My laundry is usually put away 10 days after I wash it.

Everything was documented the pick up drop off even tracking the drive which was great I thought they provided you with a bag to put your clothes in but I guess not but overall great experience

I very much apppreciate the help with laundry. Unfortunately my sheets were delivered hap hazardly in my office hallway. The fitted sheets were basically rolled not folded. I am a sheet snob, i will admit it. If someone is doing laundry for a business, i believe they should know how to fold a fitted sheet. I have half pillow cases that were not returned and i ended up with 3 pillow covers that were not mine.

Instructions were almost followed 100%. Laundry was immaculate. I would have liked for the drop off delivery person to have followed the instructions of where to leave my laundry exactly where it was picked up from due to me being wheelchair bound so that I may access them easier. Otherwise service was top tier.

What can I say? It was amazing to have my laundry done for me! It was clean, folded AND the socks were paired! Very grateful.
