Pricing is fair, Timeliness is legit and they were very communicative in regards to the pick up and drop off time. I took 2 of the stars away because I abhorred the way my clothes were folded. I thought anything would do until I realized that the standard way of folding is not universal. I will say that if you put instructions on how to fold they will fold the way you ask. So be very specific and tell them exactly what you want otherwise your clothes will come rolled up into a neat ball and you'll be refolding everything.

They picked up with no issues, you can track where the driver is, and they dropped of the laundry with no issues. They did a great job! I’m very happy with the service!

i was tired and it was nice to have someone do it for me but unfortunately because of the price i cant afford to do it that often. Perhaps i will do it every few months

My clothes were returned early, very neatly folded and socks even sorted/folded together. Laundry is my worst enemy and HappyNest always slays! I've tried other services and while yes, my clothes return clean, HappyNest is the neatest with fewest wrinkles. They are returned ready to wear with no extra steps. Also if I am traveling, clothes folded by HappyNext pack better!!!
