i had a great experience and it was a very simple process. you put your clothes in a designated spot and HappyNest picks them up, washes clothes, and drops them back off in designated spot. my clothes smelled fresh and was neatly folded, made putting the clothes away so easy. they have great options when it comes to the laundry preferences. i was shocked to see they had hangers because faq said not all locations will have them. the person who dropped my laundry off was actually gentle was my clothing meaning as he didn’t throw them on the porch or any type of way. i actually can’t wait to use them again!

Great experience using HappyNest for the first time. Very helpful rep when I called to ask some questions; very friendly delivery/pickup person when I confirmed they could use my key to access my building lobby when I'm not home; very helpful team preparing my laundry when they noticed something that wasn't mine when they were folding my stuff. I am so glad I decided to try this service! I have had a medical issue recently that made it difficult to do the stairs frequently as well as carrying laundry. Signing up was easy, scheduling a delivery was even easier. My laundry was picked up on Monday by 10am and was back to me by Tuesday at 1030am! Everything was perfectly folded and smelled amazing. I don't know if I will ever do my own laundry ever again. Highly recommend......
