The whole team is very professional. Everyone does a great job including pick up and delivery. The clothes are clean and folded neatly. If anything does go wrong they take care of it right away. Great service!

When we first moved in our apartment years ago, we were OK with the laundry service being in the basement however as we've gotten older we don't want to do the stairs. We are so spoiled with Happy Nest. We say every week we're going to go downstairs and wash clothes but that never happens! What does happen is we call Happy Nest to come and pick up our laundry and we're so very pleased with the service. It's quick, it's fast things are ready to go into drawers or to be hung up for our categories and preferences. I couldn't be more pleased.
