Twice you have NOT returned most of my clothes, instead some items be else’s clothes mixed with mine. You have cost me a lot of money and time as I have still not gotten them back and they are expensive to replace. I won’t recommend your services, ever.

Easy and fast service

Short and sweet! Set up my account and appointment in under 5 min. They came and grabbed the bags of laundry, and returned everything the next day smelling fresh and folded very neatly. We will continue to use this company, and the price is so affordable!

This couldn’t be a more simple process. The app is very user friendly and my first experience was excellent. I expect to be a long-term customer.

The service is quick and easy. Folding was done nicely and cost is very reasonable. I need to figure out a way to get the laundry properly sorted when it's returned, but I think there is a way to do that through the portal ie. I'd like the small child's clothes not to be folded alongside adult clothes and sheets - it just makes it harder to put away when the laundry comes home. That's a first world problem though, and I'll use the service again regardless.
