Avoid at all costs !!! Purchased materials that were all showing in stock and did not hear anything for a Week. After chasing them I was told the materials were not in stock !!! I request a refund which took a Week to receive.

same company or different Bank
This company is still using same website as it did in august last year when it took my money and did not deliver the goods and would not refund money. While it is now saying under new management i have not received my money and according to sales staff I have to now take my plight to receivers. while a new company what reassurances can they give me if I am to deal with them in future. Should I go to companies house to get that reassurance? I see their bank has changed from LLoyds to Nat west but to me nothing else reassures me it will not happen again.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I paid and ordered in July for £752 of patio slabs, after confirmation the products were available, in-stock, and deliverable within 2 weeks. I have spent 7 months chasing with no commitment to any delivery and constant delay tactics to kick the can down the road. This has caused me massive issues, additional costs and resulted in a part-finished garden project which was meant to be completed well before the autumn. After cancelling, i was promised a refund in November within 14 days, which was never received, and i am now chasing a dispute with my credit card company - which seems to be a common pattern from other "customers" in these Google Reviews.
I can only echo what others have said
I can only echo what others have said. Order placed in November with a 10-12 week lead time. Waited patiently and checked on the order status in January to be told they had encountered unforeseen circumstances and to request a chargeback through my bank (why is the customer having to find out in this way). I have done as they requested but my bank has had no reply from them so I am now left out of pocket for over £600 and they suggest I order with them again while I wait for the money to come back in! They have responded to emails so can’t fault communication but they don’t actually provide any assistance with the fundamental issue I.e you’ve taken my money and not delivered a product, so refund me or send me the product which the “new” company are still selling. I struggle to understand how it is this complicated and sadly think it’s just a scam

Excellent and efficient service! Recently placed an order through paving superstore and would highly recommend! Their customer service was amazing they kept me up to date with my order and it arrived when they said and in great condition.
Avoid at all costs
Awful. Just awful. Don't waste your time. I have chased and chased the order for 2 months, with no communication from the company. When I ordered was told 14 days, then 14 working days, then no reply then they have been having haulage problems so couldn't tell me when. I cancelled order and now a month later no refund and chase it to be told the company is no longer trading and I need to contact my bank. They have restarted with an identical name. Don't order from here.
