Wish I'd read reviews sooner. Promised delivery failed to arrive and no timescale on when I'd receive it. Cancelled order and told 2 weeks for refund, still waiting now from 13th November. You can never get hold of anyone on the phone. Went to Nustone in Warwick great customer service and delivered on time.

I’d rather give this company minus 5 stars. We placed an order on 3 August, expecting delivery within two weeks. Nothing. We were given so many excuses that we cancelled the order in September. Thereafter, Despite emails and phone calls to Ben Read in Accounts and his father, the MD, Bruce Read all we were given were excuses fobbing us off about their system and the problems they were having with PayPal. We were finally reimbursed this week after 4 and a half months of hell with this company. ON NO ACCOUNT HAVE ANY DEALINGS WITH THEM. Despite your reply, I still wouldn’t have any dealings with you. I’ve checked you out on Companies House … enough said. I

Still haven’t received my goods I’ve paid for, steer we’ll clear of this company, they’ll fob you off with stock responses……this latest response I’ll have to wait into the new year for delivery, but no firm date….that will be over 3 months of no product, you’ve been warned if you use this company

Avoid at all cost. I ordered Paving slabs, and then was told after two weeks that they were having problems deliveries. I believe there was no intention of delivery and just wanted the sale. I then requested a refund which I still haven't received after three weeks. After contacting them they are now ignoring my messages Update: It's been 6 weeks, I haven't received my Paving nor have I received a refund which I requested on the 20th November. They a re now ignoring my emails and phone calls. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Do not use!! Wish id looked at the reviews before using. Paid for my patio slabs and given no delivery date after weeks of chasing. Now trying to get a refund but no phone pick up or response. Very frustrated and upset
Horrendous company
Horrendous company. Delivered chipped tiles. Complained but it wasn’t reported inside 7 days (I couldn’t book anyone to lay them until they were delivered). Had to purchase more to replace the damaged ones. For a whole week their payment system didn’t work. Then having successfully paid over 5 weeks ago I spend hours on the phone every day for them not to answer. Person I was talking to has now left the company. This place is in trouble. Real trouble. DO NOT USE.
Avoid at all costs
Took my order for £850 but did not deliver my slabs. Only when pressed they came up with the weakest excuse of 'a technical issue our end, which we are looking in to' and couldn't supply my order, but would I like to wait till more comes? The slabs I ordered were end of line stock, so, no thanks! I pressed for refund, they say this can take up to 14 working days to process then 3-5 days to clear. So many weeks after order, no paving slabs, no refund and its clear from other reviews that others have been given the same treatment. My patience is exhausted, so I'm contacting my credit card company for a refund.

Do not use. Paid £884 for paving slabs on 31/10/2023 but because they couldn't provide me with a delivery date, I cancelled ordered and requested a refund. We have been chasing this refund for over a month. False promises by the limited staff who work there. Now going to attempt to claim money back from bank and also contact the Financial Ombudsman for advice and Trading Standards to report this dishonorable company.

If there was a minus star rating they would get this. Do not use this company, use so many excuses why your delivery hasn’t arrived, why they can’t refund you and that’s when you can get a response. I’ve had to raise a dispute via PayPal after 8 weeks of them promising delivery and a refund. AWFUL COMPANY.
Avoid - Breach of Consumer Rights
AVOID THIS COMPANY. We have made a payment, and the goods never delivered. The refund is not given back to us still, it is after 14 days of contract. Failure to deliver within a reasonable time and after the agreed deadline is a breach under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Time is essential, and we are also raising an official complaint to Trading Standards. The owners are not responsive.
