This company takes your orders and your money regardless of if they have stock or not. I cancelled my order after a week and the company promised to refund my money. Guess what - two weeks later, and despite several promises - my funds have still not been received, despite many many emails. Frustrated and fuming.

AVOID AT ALL COST

As a building company I have to say this is the worst company we have dealt with for materials. Weeks of chasing regards terrible quality materials. We had a small patio area which ended up in 4 shades, 3 of which are not even in the brochure. They will deny any responsibility. If you look carefully you will find lots of very bad reviews about this company. We are putting in the hands or our legal team

Bit of a let down.

Had a phone call confirming delivery date on a Monday and the slabs turned up on Saturday when we weren't home. Delivery man apparently parked one end of our street and pulled the pallet truck all the way down our road which is in a terrible state (uneven and loads of pot holes). Not surprisingly when we did check the pack, 4 of the slabs were broken. No replacements in stock as coming from India.

Waste of time

I ordered slabs, the site stated loads in stock. No communications after 4 days. I called to asked what was happening and was told they are out of stock! After 50 minutes on the call looking at other options, ready to order I was then told that they are unable to deliver to Scotland and several other areas in the UK. What a waste of time! Their website should state they are out of stock and that they are unable to deliver to certain areas of the UK

PATIO SLABS

i found the slabs that i like on your web site .so i order them the you confirmed that the order was excepted and the delivery date was ok . just a few day before the delivery date was due i look at my email and it showed me how to track it and it told me that it would be delivered be tween 7 am and 5 pm on the day i ordered it for .which was good as the builder was starting his work that day . i was pleased that it arrived in the morning so he could get on with his work. i will recommend your company to any of my friends should they need any slabs.

Easy to order slabs online and easy to…

Easy to order slabs online and easy to follow up to date progress on their app with Pallet Plus. Got a call from them to confirm delivery date and even though the Ts&Cs said 'kerbside deliver only', when I explained I didn't technically have a kerb, they were happy to put my pallet in the garage. Appreciate Paving Superstore will use a variety of delivery companies and maybe Pallet Plus is just one of the better ones but made for a better experience.

Have taken my money at time of order

Have taken my money at time of order - 3 weeks almost has passed, no delivery of goods? Phoned twice to query and have been told someone will get back to me. Whole project now hugely delayed as landscaper busy with other projects and my goods did not arrive within timeframe on website at time of order. Disappointing.

Delivery problems

After ordering the pavers, I was asked if there would be an issue with delivery. I explained on the form that I live on a private estate and that lorries larger than 13 tons were not allowed. I also ticked a box to indicate that I didn't agree with their Ts & Cs, for this reason. Nobody from the company contacted me with regards this. I received a phone call from a haulage company called Salvatori on a Tuesday with regards to delivery. I expained to the girl on the phone the problem. She said no worries, leave it with me, we will be delivering Thursday. Thursday came and went as did Friday with no word. I assumed that she was having a problem finding a smaller lorry. Monday morning I received an email stating that they were delivering today. About 10.00am an 18ton lorry pulls up outside my neighbours house. After several minutes, I was wondeting why the driver hadn't got out, so I went outside to find my neighbour having a row with him, and telling him to leave the estate. I asked the driver why he had brought an 18 ton lorry onto the estate, he claimed that he hadn't been informed, an obvious lie. He unloaded the pavers and left. Later that morning, I spoke to my neighbour, and he told me that he had rang Salvatori, and the girl had blamed me for not requesting that the load to be split. As I had no idea in which form they would turn up, and the fact that she said she would sort it, I had no reason to think anything was wrong. As you can imagine, I won't be dealing with this bunch again.

I order 50 bags of stones and expected…

I order 50 bags of stones and expected delivery in a few days. I was told by txt that this might be belayed. Ended up taking 6 weeks....... I chased up delivery with the couriers and was given a date. Waited in all day but nothing arrived. When it did arrive the driver got the trolly stuck and had to off load the bags on to the pavement about 100 meters from my house. I then had to load the bags 10 at a time in to my car and drive them to my driveway. The product is excellent though and looks great on my Japanese garden. So very good product let down by very poor service.
