Gave up after nearly 3 months no delivery

Ordered slabs for Easter project mid Feb. They were showing as in stock with 2-3 days delivery. No contact from company to say they were seriously delayed (apart from standard Covid delays message) so thought I would have them in a couple of weeks in plenty of time for Easter when they were due to be laid. Chased at beginning of April and after weeks of email tennis made up my mind they were just happy to sit on the money. While they were cordial and eventually refunded the money it's not my idea of customer service when only order updates are in response to chasing. They were never proactive. I should have been told at point of order they were not in stock and been given regular updates without chasing them. Refunded money at 3rd time of asking. I won't use this company again as I can't trust their claims product is in stock or their service.

after getting refused a refund for weeks for a faulty product what didn’t match their description i won my case on paypal only to be left with the cost of haulage £400 plus. this company just want your money. avoid at all costs. your reply is total lies and you know it. your product doesn’t meet british standards or match your description that’s why paypal forced yous to refund me, yous refused to take them back and tried to fob me of with more setts to make up for all the crap ones in the pallets... anyway yous are all crooks!

Pending delivery but have used them before during 2020 lockdown and found them prompt and helpful. Would definitely recommend

Item ordered and paid for whilst it was…

Item ordered and paid for whilst it was still in stock however later informed that the item had been sold out and there was at least a 6 week wait for the item to come back in. Money reimbursed but only after 2 or 3 phone calls - usually requiring a 25-40 minute wait on hold. That said staff friendly and would usually answer their emails relatively promptly.

Efficient service thanks. I needed to phone twice to talk through product queries and possible problems. Both times were successful and the staff seemed knowledgeable and helpful. Well done.

Raven natural paving sandstone kandla grey 18mm caliberated mix pack 21sqm coverage ordered may 2021. For garden patio area and walk way to outhouse. Delivery by palletway, paid £55 extra for Saturday delivery. Arrived on saturday, no slabs broken. Very good quality and looks amazing in my garden. Happy with purchase.

Deliver lacked any semblance of SERVICE - And Phones a nightmare!

Took an hour to answer the phone - Appalling. Worse than that the delivery was a farce. Did not deliver on agreed day and we had to chase them. On the second attempt to deliver only sent 1/3 of order as "Vehicle could not take weight!" - They knew what they were delivering - and we had to off load it ourselves - they only sent 1 person. We then had to chase the rest and again and it arrived later that day but again with 1 person who failed to deliver 1 tonne as he could not get it up the slight incline in our road on his electric machine. So I pushed it with no help from him - luckily I'm in my 60s not 70s and with him being half my age "effort" is a word not in his vocabulary. Absolutely dreadful. These people know what they are delivering and expect the clients to make all the effort. I remember the days when a delivery would arrive and they would ask where you would like the goods and they would take them there and not just dump things at the easiest point and leave. In reply to your very curt and non customer focused modern day response - "It's on our Website" if you can find it... I find it interesting that you make no comment on the fact it takes you AN HOUR TO ANSWER THE PHONE as you know this reflects badly on your service. Your first point about Delays in Devon - I spoke to you delivery people who confirmed they had the goods and we mutually arranged the day they would deliver. then they did not turn up. You make no attempt to apologies for the way we were treated and the service we received just blame us for the situation. I think that says more about you as a company as anything I could say.

Delighted with my porcelain slabs

Ordered my porcelain slabs on Sunday afternoon. Dispatched Monday to palletways with tracking provided. Slight delay with delivery ie they was due to be delivered yesterday but someone from palletways rang me to say they wasn’t going to be delivered so re booked delivery for today. Driver was a delight and more than that my paving slabs were well packed and are beautiful. From what I can tell there are no breakages. I would 100% use paving superstore again
