I love the idea of dog leggings for when the ground is wet because it will keep the dogs' legs clean and no need for a post walk bath. The site appeared to show they were on sale for $8 each but after I paid, my receipt showed they were not actually on sale. I was a little bummed.

This is one of the worst online shopping experiences I've had. Ordered this a month before Christmas as a present for my daughter it said it ships out in 1-2 days, its been 3 weeks and still has not shipped out, all I get are automated replies from "customer service" and one blaming it on Canada Post strike. I didn't think Canada Post was in China were they ship it from but what do i know. If they had of shipped it out when I placed the order, by the time it got from China to Canada, Canada Post would have been off strike and my daughter would have it under the tree for christmas. I can't even cancel the order and buy her something else. Absolutely would NOT recommend buying from or supporting this company IN ANY WAY

Delayed delivery. 14 days now since I e been told it’s in transit. Still not received

The two sets of pj's and one set of leg warmers I had ordered over a month ago finally arrived yesterday. While initially frustrated that the shipping was delayed (meaning my order arrived too late for our holiday travels), Spark Paws was quite understanding, reaching out to follow up several times. Shipping delays aside, the quality of the pj's and leg warmers is outstanding. My pups--used to wearing shirts but nothing on their legs--were a bit stiff walking around, lol, but they must have been warm: the room temp was 62 last night, and both short-haired pit-mixes kicked off their covers. And the leg warmers--pink!--are very cute. We already had a set of black leg warmers for my bigger pit mix, and this brand's stay up. Overall, and despite the shipping delays, I am pleased with our purchase. My advice to anyone wanting these by the holidays next year, however: order by October, at the very latest. I will follow my own advice.

Update. We have just been offered a replacement. Definitely wouldn’t buy from here again. We bought the knitted jumper. Our dog slept in it for 5 nights and two holes appeared at the seam. When we took it off of him the whole thing unravelled at the seam at the top of the neck. Photos were provided and we have heard back to say on this occasion they will offer us 20% off of a new one. Ooh careful!

Amazing customer service!! I brought a hoodie and pyjamas and upon arrival of the items (which was quick and took just over a week) I noticed these were a size too small and needed a bigger size. I sent an email to request an exchange and had a response in less than 24 hours and they had already put through the exchange of items. I have been dealing with Jerielyn and she has been great, they genuinely seem to care and want to ensure their customers (both human and canine) are happy. The items are really good quality also! I brought a human hoodie too and that is warm, thick and well made. Thank you again SparkPaws for great service, I will definitely be shopping with you again :)

Sizing not correct and other parts of order never came. Very disappointed
