Quality material, 3X order for my 70 pd boy, little small for him but fit my 60 pd girl.

The dog sweaters are great quality and always arrive in a timely manner. I have ordered several times and never had any issues.

Ordering is fine and easy. Designs look cute. Might never see them because shipping takes forever. It’s been over two weeks and their sub par courier system doesn’t even have an estimated delivery date.

Didnt recieve purchase. They gave me incorrect tracking info or they shipped it to someone in a completely different state... they would not let me cancel the order that has been in a "Preparing to ship status" for over a week. Edit: I did recieve my order. The jackets are super soft but the sizes ran a little small for the people ones and to "free" exchange there is a $7 "restocking" fee. But the bigger concern is how the jacket makes my little dog extremely itchy. Pro: They look really good! Just like the pictures and feel great. So I'll change my 1 star to 3

Very great service. The items did not fit on my dog and they offered a very eazy solution to get a size bigger.
