Edit: Sparkpaws reached out to make an exception for the exchange. I suggest they adjust their policy for holiday exchanges to help avoid customer frustration. I will say the quality of the product is very good and my daughter loved her shirt, hoping to get the exchange complete and matching set so the 'look' can be complete. I bought the adult and dog sweatshirt combo as a gift on black friday. When opened on Christmas, and the dog sweatshirt is very tight even though it's a large for my 40lb dog. When I reached out to exchange I was told no since it was past 30 days. I will no longer be ordering directly from this company with such an inflexible policy for the holidays. I now have a disapointed kid for a very expensive product.

I ordered four dog pajamas. Size 4 XL. My dogs are dobermans, so they are not a large breed. The chest was too tight and length of body of pajamas were too short. So the pajamas were not a size 4 XL. Very disappointed.

Pros: I like the quality of the clothing for both dogs and humans. The materials are soft and sturdy. For the price, the items are not cheap at all. Cons: The customer service and return process. They conveniently do not include a return label or invoice information with the item. To return you must go to their website, which directed me to email only. You can't speak directly to anyone. It took more than 24 hours for someone to respond to my email and the response was vague and unhelpful. By the time I recieved a meaningful answer from anyone the return window had closed and the items I needed to exchange where all sold out. There was nothing that was comprobable to what I had ordered (a Christmas pajama set for two humans and a dog). Nothing matched anymore. I was annoyed because the person who emailed me should have let me know from the start that if I wanted to return the items instead of exchanging them that the return window would close within one day. Instead, they waited until 3-4 email exchanges, each with a 24-hour response time, to tell me the window had closed even though I initially reached out to them 2 days before the window had closed.

Bought 2 items and both too small for dogs. I have emailed customer service twice with no reply. Terrible service would never purchase anything again from this company.

China-Ware: Leider haben wir erst mit der Sendungsnummer erfarhen, dass die Bestellung aus China kommt und wohl auch dort Hergestellt wurde. Die Bestellung wird sobald angekommen zurückgeschickt. Grund für dieses Vorgehen sind aktuelle Meldungen von schnell entflammbaren Kleidungsstücken aus China.

the products are amazing!! so soft and comfortable! The shipping was on the slower end but most likely due to the holidays. The hoodies do run a a bit small. I ordered an XL and wish I got an 2x. I amm typically a L but order XL for hoodies. Same for my pups. Our guy Larry is about 130lbs and just above hip height - we bought one 5x and a 4x.. the 4x is a bit short/small and the 5x is too long on him, covers his tail.
