I’m sorry I previously wrote a review about not receiving my item. I have now received it, and I was super surprised by the quality. Customer service also responded promptly when I said I had not received my order. I think I just had it in my head that it was a scam, so I was nervous when the package had not arrived. Great quality. This is a legit company.

Een prima webshop totdat iets niet past. 4XL kerstpyjama is van goede kwaliteit maar was helaas te kort voor onze Viszla. Retourneren is een heel gedoe wegens buitenland, dus ik heb gekozen voor een waardebon om bij de webshop weer te besteden. Ik kom er nu achter dat deze maar 1 maand geldig was dus inmiddels verlopen en dus nutteloos

We have ordered multiple times from SparkPaws because their high quality dog-fits are gorgeous, well made and fit my daughter’s boxer mix the best. She live in Oregon and my granddog gets cold!! SparkPaws arrives quickly even during busy holiday seasons!

Waste of money waste of time. Worst customer service. Takes months upon months to receive anything or hear back from the company. Ordered on Black Friday didn’t get my stuff for over a month. It was wrong when it got here. Returned it right away and still haven’t gotten my stuff it’s now January16 and the customer service ignores my emails like CRAZY. Terrible company.

Betrug, habe am 17.12.2024 eine Bestellung aufgegeben und bis heute nichts erhalten. Laut Versandinformation (welche nur alle 3 Tage aktualisiert wird) befindet sich das Paket "at the sorting and distribution center" aber die Info wird jetzt nicht mehr aktualisiert und eben auch nicht geliefert.
