Delivered quickly, great product (I thought) but my 96 year old mother didn’t like not having a corded phone so I had to send it back. Simple to do and full refund received in a couple of days. Great service.

The desktop phone is perfect for my relative who has hearing loss. Very easy to set up and use. Really pleased. However the ringtone on the cordless is not so good, even set at maximum. Imagine lying asleep in bd and unable to hear the ringtone….

A good experience all round - the firm, product, price and delivery. My initial order, an alarm clock, had to be changed as not loud enough for me, but was done with no hassle. Its replacement, Geemarc Star, is ideal - would wake the dead if set high enough. Happy customer who will deal with the firm again if needed.
