Phone is ideal for visually and hearing impaired however I overlooked fact that the phone is plug in and we don't have a socket near the phone user. The cables provided are very short. Something to be aware of.

Unfortunately these telephones are so complicated to set up especially when buying extra phones which have to be paired with the main phone. It took an age to pair and even now I cannot dial out on them! The instructions need a full review and maybe simplifying ? These phones are designed for the hard of hearing and sight impaired which I’m sure will have a huge percentage of elderly in that ratio. How on earth the elderly are expected to follow these instructions goodness knows you need a degree!! I’ve given up !!

I will not buy from again, when the item was unsuitable for person.

I ordered the incorrect model of phone mistakenly but the customer service desk changed the order within 12 hours and with no fuss. I was very happy with the quibble-free change.

Great product and fast efficient service

Easy to read txts, send calls, big buttons, good clear sound and SOS buttons for emergency.

The phone is good but is not helpful for confused people. Why can’t you leave the boost mode on? Why can’t the phone book be the first thing you find instead of paging down through loads of stuff to get to it.

As a company, you delivered the device when due. As far as the Swissvoice Xtra 3355 Compo is concerned, the Jury is out on it at the present time. From my point of view, it is over complicated and time consuming to set up and has a volatile memory, does not remember the time and date after a power interruption. Also it is not UK time based, it didn't automatically reset time from BST to GMT, it knowing the date, unlike almost every other device we have in use. Waiting to see how it preforms in use . Not over impressed so far.

Do not recommend to buy , I bought spend nearly £90 , the phone was an echo on the line and I couldn’t hear clearly .
