My 92 year old mother has had difficulty using various phones over recent years. Finally with this phone (Geemarc Amplipower 50), she can hear callers with no difficulty, in fact at first she complained it was too loud. It's a joy now to call her and have a 2 way conversation instead of her doing all the talking then hanging up as she couldn't hear me. I highly recommend this phone.

Overall the TT200 was good value for the money but it didn’t do the main reason I bought it for. The volume of the speech was not high enough for my elderly purchaser too hear. A refund was given.

Easy to order and quickly delivered. The phone is for my mother whom is very hard of hearing. The phone was easy to install with clear instructions. It has improved her quality of life as she can now enjoy a telephone conversation with friends and family, where previously she had struggled. She is happy with her purchase.

Amplified Telephones not only provided the phone very promptly, but refunded it very promptly when it had to be returned when it had all been put into use, but found wanting as the base and base phone were both tethered and so unsuitable for my use.

Easy to order online & received with expected timeframe. I ordered this phone for my 86 yr old sister, who is slightly deaf & wont wear her hearing aids, plus is waiting on cataract surgery, therefore the large numbers were a must, increased volume & ring tone has really helped her with keeping in touch with friends and family. Her only issue is it’s too big to carry around & no 2nd phone for her bedroom.

I think these phones are complicated for elderly and people with dementia, my dad has reallyvstruggled to get used to it and myself to be honest, cannot return cause i no longer have box, so if anyone feels they would like to try it, ill donate it if u contact clarekidd180@msn. com

The screen is dark all the time no good when you are 93 and wake up in the night and you cannot see the clock let alone the clock face ... I will.be sending it back. CH Sadly the clock I was supplied with did not service the needs of my mother but thanks to the company we were able to resolve the situation very quickly and satisfactorily with a refund. ...
