Great phone for anyone hard of hearing. Hands free function is very good. Phone has all the functions we need, caller display, phonebook and details of calls received.

Great delivery and the unit worked exactly as described. It would be handy to have the ability to leave the amplification on rather have to press the button each time, but that's manageable.

Items delivered promptly as expected, telephones work much as expected.

I bought a set of earphones for my sister, unfortunately they where not suitable for her, I emailed Amplified Telephones,sent them back, within a few days I was refunded no hassle,very impressed. The only downside was having to pay to return them.

Excellent service and delivery Phone perfect for my mother aged 94 who is hard of hearing and vision impaired. Easy to store numbers but it wasn’t clear at the time that the number had been stored.

My 90 year old mother found the menus so confusing that she couldn’t use any feature apart from making calls, and she said that she heard a constant buzz when the speaker volume was turned up. So a white elephant really.
