Only just installed, too early to judge effectiveness of telephone. Lots of options, too many for me. Seems to be ok so far.

I brought this alarm clock after returning 2 others to Argos and another company online. This one is perfect. I wear hearing aids and take them out at night. At last an alarm I can hear. Arrived very quickly too so no oversleeping ☺️

Good phone clear sound and loud

The instructions were far too small. The only way I could read them was to take a photograph and enlarge. It took a while to get them working

The phone itself is great for my mum who is partially sighted. She finds it so easy to call her family now. However it was extremely difficult to pair the second phone up to it.

The seller was very understanding and did not hesitate to refund the money. In my mind the seller is very honest and highly recommended. Keep up the good service. Thank you.

The company sent the phone system on time. One thing that was difficult was pairing extra handsets. It said to push a button, what it didn't explain very well was, the the thing to press is on the Underside of the base unit & looks a little like a plastic key. The ringing volume is great.
