experience not good I cannot record an out going message!!! I HAVE READ THE INSTRUCTION BOOK!!!!! Also callers voices are not totally clear = wish we had not bought the phones. Very dissatisfied.

Just what I needed

This is an excellent mobile device for those of us who like a phone that looks like a proper phone and is large enough not to get hidden under a cushion. It is lightweight and easily transferable, so it can be moved from room to room. Clear, easy-to-follow instructions and great volume control make it easy to hear your caller.

Excellent customer service

Although the phone I bought turned out to be faulty, and unsuitable for its intended use, I cannot fault the customer service. Before ordering I phoned with an enquiry about VAT exemption, which was dealt with very helpfully. Although the phone system was delivered very quickly and was well packaged, the “talking digits” on one of the three handsets did not work. I phoned and described the problem, and was immediately sent a paid return label for the faulty handset. A replacement was quickly sent, and initially seemed OK, but within a couple of days further faults were apparent. As the user (an elderly person with impaired hearing and eyesight) needs a reliable phone, it could not be considered suitable. I phoned and was once again sent a paid return label (with the caveat that we would be charged for the postage if no fault was found - seems fair enough). I posted it back on Christmas eve, expecting this to take a long time because of the holiday season, but was pleased to receive an email confirming a full refund on 30th December, only 2 working days later. My phone calls were handled by Tylah, who was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. So, shame about the phone (maybe Swissvoice quality control is poor, or maybe I was just unlucky) but well done Amplified Telephones.

This phone does exactly what it claims to do. It has greatly improved my father’s ability to talk to family and friends on the telephone.

Christmas present..Ordering was easy and delivered on time

Order was easy and delivered on time. Christmas present for my mum who has difficult seeing but likes the phone. Went to transfer SIM cards but doesn’t fit so having to make a trip to get card…So not that happy

The ringer on the base is OK

The ringer on the base is OK. The actual phone volume is not much different from the BT phone it is replacing. Just as distorted as well. Not been able to use the Tcoil setting of my aids, but that may be a setup issue.

Sonic Bomb wakes me up successfully

Sonic Bomb with the vibration disc wake me up. The only clock that is successful to my problems. I am very pleased with the product and the delivery was fast. The Company Amplified Telephones Ltd also packed the clock up securely, so thank you for that.
