Prompt delivery, clear instructions.Good phone. 3 handsets are great for mum, one in each main room. The only issue with the phone is that it calls out the numbers as you dial them and as you are quicker pressing the buttons there is this annoying voice which is slower. Is there a way to turn this off?

Bought a replacement phone for elderly father, needed a simple 'flip phone' to avoid pocket calls. Cost was competitive and choice good. Good to have it from an established UK company rather an anonymous internet provider which may take weeks to arrive.

I purchased this phone for a friend who is now in a nursing home. He had broken his last phone! I took it in to him and we tried to set it up but we could not find his old phone and SIM CARD ! Today visited him again. He had found his old phone so his SIM CARD was now available. Put the phone on charge at 1:00 pm today and at 08:00 pm when chased the phone was on, symbol showing battery full was on and clock was on. Nothing else was working. Have we missed something? We followed set up instructions. Any suggestions welcome ? Thank you.
