Arrived on time,well packed and simple to set up. Volume is great and very adjustable. Large buttons assist and memory buttons save a lot of time when calling family and friends. A good sensible phone at a good price.

Very impressed with the Amplified telephone, my Mum is very hard of hearing, but this makes her life so much easier. The ringtone is more than loud enough, just wish it had hands free like her old BT phone had.

Phone is fine but have had no reply to my last feedback questions so not really expecting a reply this time. As usual once you’ve got ur money no one cares

Delivery was good , notification on delivery was good the products look good , the only problem is the operating manual isn't very dinosaur friendly 😄 joking aside having a bit of trouble setting the phones up as I want but sure I'll get there in the end , what I've set up so far is already an improvement for me , very happy 👍

These phones are far too complicated. Got those for my elderly father, I had a tech savvy niece try to set these up, even she had to call help line several times, open only 9am- 5 pm Monday to Friday. Trying to return them now

Excellent warranty support. We had a fault on the main phone unit as it would not charge any handset placed on it. We returned the phone units complete to Amplified Phones at there cost, they confirmed they were faulty within a day and sent out a new phone set which arrived quickly. That’s what I call excellent service and support.

I bought the landline main set with two additional handsets for my parents who are both hard of hearing and partially sighted. The manual is very poorly written and not very straightforward to understand and I have still been unable to set up their own personal voicemail as the manual does not appear to correlate to the phone instructions. I have yet to try to complete the set up for them which is very disappointing and frustrating as they find using a mobile phone very confusing. All in all, I would not recommend this phone for elderly people who need a lot of help with technical set up.
