Phone works well for my 94 year old dad who is very deaf

It's a xmas present so not actually used it yet but got it out of the box to try it, seems great and definitely very loud. Delivery spot on and ordering was easy.

Clear website and ordering process. Able to claim VAT exemption when appropriate. Dispatches quickly, with notification and tracking history. Product, "Amplified Hearing Assistant" is excellent, especially for elderly who will not, or cannot use hearing aids. Nursing home has recently bought a unit for use with other hard of hearing residents

The phones are good and easy to set up. However there are no raised numbers on buttons to help visually impaired find the correct number when dialling.

Super quick delivery time. Bought for my 94 yr old mum. Easy to set up for her, and all important numbers clearly stored. Ability to operate on speaker is very useful, as is the clearly displayed and quite ergonomic key pad on the satellite sets

Got phone for my elderly mum who’s immobile and hard of hearing. It’s just the job thank you
