Colour of tiles is all wrong
I ordered 15 packs of Canyon Beige 2cm Outdoor Tiles. I understand tiles can vary in appearance but was disappointed to see these were a completely different colour to what was advertised. Due to the practicalities of laying the slabs I decided to accept the order but wanted to let the customer services team know the product was not sold to specification. Considering I'd accepted their error, I thought I would at least be treated with some respect but instead of at least an apology I was provided with Ts&C's as to why the situation was my fault. It's not my fault they sell products with false advertising. I now see in the Google reviews this is a common occurrence and had I checked that first I could have avoided this company.
Worst customer service
Worst customer service. I ordered sample first. Then ordered placed main ordered. They delivered me tiles late as my tiling work got delayed. There some strange smell come from tile. Hope it will go away by time.
Dreadful
Dreadful, dreadful service. I placed a (small) order but received an email the next day to say that the tiles were out of stock and it would be over 2 weeks before they were back in stock. I could either order something different or, have a refund (I would have preferred for that information to be highlighted on their website). I decided to order some different tiles and at that point, the lady was incredibly helpful. When the tiles were delivered, they were the wrong ones delivered. This is where the customer service was none existent. I rang to say that they were the wrong tiles. No apology, just that they would arrange collection of the tiles and that my correct order would be with me the following week (they can collect their product the next day but not deliver mine). Only when I pointed out that there had been no apology, did I get a reluctant apology. I was given the option of a refund but that wasn’t the point. I had a tiler booked for the weekend to fit the tiles, money that I have now lost along with the inconvenience and a further wait for the tiler to be available. My refund will not be processed until the tiles reach them back at their depot, and given that they are being collected on a Friday, won’t be until Monday (customer/courier trust not existent), and then a further however many business days for the money to reach my account. Repeatedly told that the tiles must be placed on the pallet they were delivered on and in an accessible place. I repeated three times that the tiles would be placed exactly where they were delivered to but they still felt the need to repeat this three times. Out of pocket and very disappointed with overall and customer service. I would avoid using this company.
The tiles are ok
The tiles are ok. I ordered 2.5 sq mt or times and some adhesive. This was delivered in 2 different orders so they gave me 2 pallets. I had to pay the council 20 pounds each to remove them as they would not take them back.

I was really disappointed with this company. The delivered the tiles to the wrong address and refused to correct this mistake and refused to give us a refund for their error.
Really poor experiance
Really poor experiance. They don’t accept PayPal and wanted to spread the payments. I have an excellent credit history and Klarna didn’t allow me to spread the payments so had to go with Victoria Plumbing. Shame.
Reasonable price and good customer service
I got good tiles at a reasonable price from Porcelain Superstore. They have excellent customer service.
Triple check your order
I have purchased many tiles from the Porcelain superstore in the last few years and their service and quality have gone down the drain. Previously, I received an order with many broken tiles however my builder was able to work with them after cutting. This time, I ordered the Jewel Onyx Ivory Tiles which are white/ivory in colour but what I have received is a beige/grey tile and unfortunately, my builder has laid it down as I wasn't home. When I contacted the customer service department to let them know of the discrepancy, Liz from their team told me I should have double-checked as we can't guarantee the colours on your screen. Their customer service is worse than their tiles, as I clearly mentioned that I am not asking for a refund and telling you about the discrepancy. Triple-check what you have ordered before laying it down.

Great service from Porcelains Superstore, Liz was very prompt and helpful dealing with my enquiries. Delivery service was also excellent, great personal service.

Great service, very fast delivery, reasonably priced in comparison to other hand made tiles and cheaper delivery. Would highly recommend.
