Terrible service

Terrible service, do not use, delivery is curbside only and you're left to move inside despite being of pension age! This is not clear when ordering, also you're left with a pallet to dispose of ! Well done great service. Will not use again!

Poor service from Porcelain superstore

Poor service from Porcelain superstore. Ordered tiles for delivery on a specific date but no notification they were not going to arrive. Receive an email the following day to say 'Good news, can deliver them a WEEK from today'. Needless to say that was not good enough. After a phone call I learnt that apparently the tiles were out of stock, and that weren't due in till the following week. No awareness of this when I ordered or when scheduling the delivery date. Only positive was that they processed my refund quickly, however now I am without tiles for this week! Disappointed :( Order number S817934

POOR CUSTOMERS SERVICE

Sold me tiles they didn't have in stock but still think it's OK to hang onto my money! Don't be fooled by their delivery date & stock as its still saying their available now despite them cancelling my order. 'Apparently my money is in the hands of the gods and could take upto 10days to be returned' Legal advice underway & will be looking for compensation under the consumer rights act 2015.

Bad delivery

Tiles are lovely and seem good quality but they charge an extra 30 quid for next day delivery (which would be fine) and then didn't deliver next day, despite being within the guidelines of the order. Sour taste in my mouth as no acceptance of responsibility on this when I emailed them about it - just citing unforeseen circumstances and being quite dismissive.

Horrible Customer Service

Tiles Fantastic - Customer Service very poor. Spoken to in a very negative and belittling tone. Employee VERY hesitant to help.

Awful service

Awful service, gave me a discount voucher to use which expires 04/07/2024, go to use it and they use the American way of doing dates even though this is the UK, don't respond to emails ignoring the fact it should be honoured. Very poor customer service

Recently purchased some lovely tiles…

Recently purchased some lovely tiles for my cloakroom. The whole process from ordering to delivery was straight forward and seamless, with no delays in delivery, and excellent communication throughout. Would definitely use again based on this experience.

Wish I had read the reviews.....

Wish I had read the reviews - I ordered on wednesday the 27th of March - was given delivery date for the following Friday the 5th - which I could accept - there was a warning of a delay but was advused I would be kept informed. I have been given no information - the customer services is awful - I have emailed asking for tracking details which they are unable to supply which I think is ridiculous for such a high value order. They are blaming where I live - I am only 100 miles from Glasgow on the main A82 road in scotland. Still no tiles 2 weeks since ordering and not happy with the complete lack of help

Delivery shambles

Ordered tiles at the start of March, with a delivery date scheduled just over 3 weeks later. 3 working days before delivery is due, we get an email to say they can no longer deliver on the scheduled date and need us to give them an alternative date when someone will be home between 0800 - 18.00. They cannot guarantee a time, or if it will be AM or PM - they just need a day when someone will be home all day. Still going back and forth trying to arrange another date - customer service team not overly helpful. Will update review when (if) we receive the tiles. Update - pallet of tiles found at the end of our drive when we returned from holiday. No delivery date had been agreed and unsure how long they had been sat on the drive for. Customer service team were (are?) still awaiting confirmation of updated delivery date ….. for the tiles that have been sat on our drive. For an undetermined amount of time.

Nice tiles, but avoid their calculator

We were really happy with the tiles delivered, although the recommended grout lines were thicker than pictured so we ended up with a different look than the photos, which was a bit disappointing. Also DO NOT USE THEIR CALCULATOR when deciding how many boxes to order. We ordered 15 boxes based on their recommendation, ended up with 6 (!) boxes leftover, unopened. Worth almost £200 but they refused a refund when my husband contacted them, even refused an exchange as we were planning to buy more tiles from their site. We will not be buying from them after the poor experience with the customer service and the harsh return policy. Make sure you measure well before ordering!
