I received my toaster today and I love it but sadly I'm not happy with the company I placed my order Sunday 18 Feb before 2 o clock I paid £9,99 for next day delivery and I have just received it I said to post man I paid for next day delivery and he pointed out it was 48hrs so I feel like I have been charged for nothing or maybe I have put £9.99 in there pockets I sent email to them and guess what no reply

First time I've used Kettle and toaster man. So pleased with my purchase. Much cheaper than other retailers. Delivery was speedy too. Definitely recommend them to all my friends.
