SWAN FILTER COFFEE MAKER

Ordered a small filter coffee maker. It was only £15 + pp so wasn't expecting anything grand just a something to make a decent coffee. It arrived, package was so tatty alarm bells should have rung then. Opened it up and it fell to bits. Bottom plate wasn't fitted, which was a danger, and all workings underneath exposed. Couldn't get it to fit on & stay. Bit of plastic missing (broken off by the look of it) off lid so that wouldn't stay up and the arm over the coffee grinds container has to be forced down so the lid would stay closed and the machine would work. After the first brew, my worktop was swimming in water and the 3 cups of water I put in yielded about 1 cup of coffee and 2 cups of hot water all over the worktop. I thought I have been well and truly done here. Because it was so cheap I can't even be bothered to send it back, it will be more bother and cost more than the damm machine & I don't want another. It may well be in the bin by tomorrow. Don't buy from this company, cheap and cheerful they may be but, they have just done a pensioner out of £15, and all I wanted was a decent cup of coffee.

I ordered a new Iron on 20th December, (order #114328 £41.99) it's now 6th January and I still haven't received it. I've sent two emails but they both bounced back. I only wish I'd read the reviews before ordering. I've now had to borrow a neighbour's iron to avoid mine piling up. I hate having to make negative reviews but even taking Christmas & New Year into consideration, I should at least have heard something by now. UPDATE, it arrived the following day, the box was almost falling apart and held together by sellotape, although the iron works I'm sure I'm not the first owner, no instructions or warrantee either. Disappointed.

Terrible Customer Service and Damaged Product

I ordered the Russell Hobbs RHO1840 4 Piece Stackable Pan Set, and it arrived in terrible condition—dented cookware and a shattered glass lid. I reported the issue immediately on November 30th, sent photos, and returned the damaged set as instructed. It’s now been almost two weeks, and I still haven’t received a replacement or a refund. My emails went unanswered, so I called customer service. They admitted they hadn’t even looked into my case yet and only started processing it when I escalated. Even then, no updates were provided, and I had to keep following up. Their dismissive attitude only changed when they realized I was complaining. This experience has been frustrating and unacceptable. Poor communication, slow resolution, and unhelpful customer service have made this the worst purchase experience I’ve ever had.
