Scam company - avoid ! I ordered a kettle, and no kettle arrived. They gave me the run around for a month refusing to give me a refund. Upon me threatening to start a claim with my credit card provider, they sent me an email stating they would give a refund, which was a lie - no refund was given. Have now started a claim with my credit card provider to get my money back. This is a scam company, I really wouldn't go anywhere near them.

I had a good experience purchasing my item, excellent price, communication, service and delivery. I had an issue with my item when it was delivered damaged (scales), it was obvious that this happened during delivery. My damaged item issue was dealt with effectively and efficiently, seemless! Brilliant. Lovely staff, and quick dispatch. No walting time on phone. Clear english speaking. Item packaged with a handle, made from the plastic bag, so driver can carry without dropping it. Genius. Only downside is, they dont tell you what day it will arrive. Otherwise m very happy!

A very good experience with this company. I had not realised that the fire I bought was possibly sub standard. ( I missed it in the small print but it was clearly stated, so my fault) It was the cheapest I’d seen, a lot of money off so I bought it. When I realised I thought I’d made a mistake, however the fire came in perfect condition and is a great buy. Very fast delivery. Very pleased.
