Renado and Arof were exceptional today delivering my moda furniture x I am hard of hearing and often get shouted at but instead they were kind and gesticulated with signals instead which was far less patronising than other customer services I endure and compassionate men. Salva was very helpful with our enquiry and was all sorted very speedily and satisfactory in the end.

Terrible customer service, I have cancelled my orders yet being charged still and had my request to close the payments down from klarna declined by moda despite having no items delivered. I have had to spend a lot of time trying to rectify the situation when all I wanted to do was cancel the order. And I am 600 out of pocket and being refused a refund.

Excellent Customer Care Hamza at Moda has gone over and above to meet my needs. He provides a 5 star customer service unlike no other furniture company! When the colour wasn’t quite what I wanted upon delivery he ensured that I would receive the replacement colour asap! Couldn’t have asked for more and he was a pleasure to deal with.

This place is a bad joke. They have ignored 3 emails asking for information on the whereabouts of my order. I imagine they will respond here before they get back to me as seems protocol for badly run businesses. Asking stupid questions “confirm delivery address”. No. That was done on the order. I see it twice. Pathetic

The delivery was communicated well and on time the drivers were polite courteous and respectful of the property

I had a few problems with delivery and having to wait for the furniture but everything got sorted out because their customer services followed through on a complaint I made. I was impressed with the customer service contact and an acceptable outcome was agreed.

Renaldo and Yaseen kept me informed of their arrival and kept to the time they advised . They were very polite and took the time to open the parcels to allow me to check the contents As a bonus they removed the packaging too
