Hamza was unreadably helpful with his customer service. He took time to listen to an issue we had and then help us resolve the issue. My wife and I are both really appreciative and he has said if we ever need help again to ask for him and he would be more than happy to ensure we are fully satisfied. Really great customer service. Ordered a product in march 2024 - delivery time at the time of purchase was a week. Informed shortly after purchase that it would be two months to deliver. Cancelled order and requested refund. As it stands on 24th July, I still not have received a refund despite being informed on more than one occasion it has been "processed". Clearly either lying, or incompetent.

Today we had Renado and Yaseen come deliver and assemble our 8 person table and chairs, the rung 30 minutes prior to delivery and where careful and professional whilst on our property. great job guys thank you

Great customer service from Hamza today, who has pulled out all the stops to sort a delivery for me. Really friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Sofa sorted will be looking to purchase a Moda outdoor table next. Recommend a visit to the showroom to see quality of the furniture. Great value for money!

As everyone else has said in all recent reviews, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I purchased two lots of full dining sets from the original Moda Furnishings and had been very happy with them, although recently, some of the rattan chairs had started to crack. I called Moda on 24.6.24 and after being held in a queue for about 40 minutes, I then spent another hour plus on the phone to Alisha Khalid, who informed me that my seven year warranty was now invalid as the company has gone into administration and was now under new ownership. However, she said I could buy the replacement pieces, which I eventually opted to do to prolong the life of my whole dining range. I was nervous at the time and requested to pay on delivery but Alisha was very pleasant and did everything to reassure me so I regrettably paid £1,640.20 for items which were apparently in stock. I then received a call the very next day to say none of the items were available but that they could deliver them next year! I said I wanted a full refund immediately and it was agreed my money would be back in my account within a few days. However, by 7.7.24, I had still not received my refund so I contacted Moda to say I expected it immediately. I did receive an immediate response from Aleesha, saying the refund was being processed as a matter of urgency and would be with me imminently. Two weeks later, it still isn’t. They have now had my money for almost a month. I have complained again and asked for my returned payment immediately but having read the other reviews, this story is all too similar. I am now contacting my bank, Mastercard and taking legal action. This used to be a good company. It is now the worst. Total scammers. Avoid at all costs!

Love our garden furniture. Delivery communication was excellent and Milan and Kamran went above and beyond when they delivered it - bringing it right into the garden for us. Fantastic!
