covers of seat cushions…
I tried to take off covers in order to was. There is only zip on one side of the seat cushions. It is so difficult to take off covers. It took three of us and after scratches on our hands and broken nails go them off. Now I am wondering how we are going to put them on. This is a design flaw. Zip should go around at least three sides.

Feels like we got scammed
Bought the Halo 2s furniture set and sun loungers in April 2020 and during year 3 there was significant splitting of the rattan and now in year 4 almost every piece has broken rattan. The top of the table is now sagging and looks horrendous. It was and still is marketed as all weather and UV resistant which is clearly not the case, and when trying to claim on the 7 year warranty was fobbed off saying the warranty is now invalid as a new company took ownership. The new owners seem happy to leverage the existing branding, website and all positive reviews during the previous ownership but have hung out all previous customers to dry…wonderful! So buyer beware, the furniture is not built to last and I would avoid Moda like the plague.

Let me begin by noting the importance of sorting by Most Recent reviews. Furniture arrived after significant delays and was not of satisfactory quality, including scratched glass, scuffed metal and a leaking parasol. Returns process began months ago with no response from Moda up until recently, dealing with a person named Muhammad who clearly received lessons on how to push away customer complaints by his superiors. Their chosen delivery company, Premier Delivery/Deliveries, matches Moda's shocking service. There have been in excess of FOUR failed collections for various reasons, the main and most shocking being that the items had to be 'disassembled and wrapped up in their packaging' to be taken by the courier. Moda's 'Platinum Delivery' includes 'recycling of packaging' - by this logic, paying for the most premium delivery leaves you unable to return items. Moda then acknowledged this grievous error and rearranged collection - the same excuse was used by the next delivery driver, who refused to collect the items. Latterly, another collection was set up with a note placed on the order reading 'Driver to disassemble and pack furniture' - unsurprisingly, this is when the company began to either CANCEL or NOT TURN UP to collect, despite being placed on 'High Priority'. I purchased the furniture many months ago and opted for a finance agreement given that 0% was up for offer. I had informed the finance company, 'V12 Retail' months ago and cancelled the agreement on my end. Moda has yet to inform them - as the retailer - of what I had communicated. Separately, I was very lucky not to have parted with the full amount of almost £4,000 given what has been experienced. In short, do not shop with Moda unless you have the facilities to pursue subsequent action. It is quite clear that they wish to stall the process until the first payment is taken to squeeze what they can out of me - legally, this will not be met lightly, and I am minded to involve Trading Standards here.

66 days and still no sofa
66 days from ordering and still no sofa... We ordered an outdoor sofa bed on the 18th May with a 3-10 day delivery window. After multiple back and forwards with the seemingly non-existant customer service, we had... 2 pieces of the 6 seater sofa with cover delivered on Wednesday. The delivery company refused to take it away and didn't take all the packaging either. The company didn't follow up at all and I've had to bug them more by phone and email to get a reply. Apparently the sofa is back in stock on Monday but as the last time it took 3 weeks from restock to getting to my place I'm now looking at August to get what i ordered mid-may, basically an entire season gone. Overall this company has been dishonest, shambolic and incompetant -- from reading the other reviews feels very roll the dice what you get from them. Beware.
