Placed an order 14 weeks ago and have been fobbed off so many times. Cannot get through to them. Delivery said 7 weeks then and now 3-10 days.

Bought my garden furniture 2021 still amazing also bought cover and now needed to replace.Hamza was amazing was concerned maybe discontinued but he tracked one down and arranged delivery was a pleasure to do business with him

Appalling customer service

I have been waiting since March for delivery, i have made numerous phone calls/emails. I have emails saying the stock is in & someone will contact within 24 hours to arrange delivery but they haven't. Then when i call i get cut off 3 times & have to explain yet again & still no further forward. When i say i want to cancel they say i cant! Honestly order else where it is simply not worth the hassle with this company. Every time i speak to them i get a different excuse, the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. very frustrating. RE YOUR REPLY...the full order STILL isn't going to arrive as per email yesterday? You agreed to give me a garden mat as a token of goodwill & said you would email me to confirm. I did receive an email confirming; NEW ORDER FOR TWO COFFEE TABLES!! I HAVEN'T ORDERED THEM SO THIS IS A MYSTERY & no mention of mat....No confirmation of delivery as yet however its estimated at another 2 weeks ( if it comes at all ) you can deliver ANYTHING in the UK next day, you would think they would make a considerable effort to do this! Hiding behind processes that clearly do not work for the customer. Ill give them until Monday 1st of July then its a cancellation from me & an avoid at all cost (or order in January for a summer delivery). Incredibly poor service.

Trued to call 6 no. Times over two days. Cut off and never getting through. Also send 8 no. Emails with evidence of damaged goods and still no further forward. I have no choice but to forward to the ombudsman for investigation. Very upsetting purchase. Order no - 10000064092 We now kindly request a full refund as you arr leggaly obliged to confirm this via email. Jules, I really hope you organise as alluding to the fact you were genuinely concerned. Please advise on a collection date.

How to let yourself down with shoddy service…

We bought some beautiful MODA furniture about 3 years ago and are highly delighted with it. HOWEVER we needed to replace the weatherproof cover and was advised by the MODA representative on the model of accessory to order. The unit we received is too small and MODA are not dealing with the situation. Very poor after sales service - which is a great shame for furniture of this quality. 0/10 for service I’m afraid

The saga continues…

I’ve posted before! If I could give 0 stars I would. I placed my order for a garden dining set on 24th April. The table - which turned out to be faulty - was delivered on 8th May. There were no chairs! Repeatedly called customer services and many emails. Was told the chairs would be delivered 22Nd May but they didn’t turn up. On 6th June waited 1 hour 15 minutes to get through to customer service. They said I’d get a call in 48 hours. I did get a call and a delivery date of 26th June. (3 to 10 days delivery!) That’s 3 weeks! Due to the poor service they agreed to refund the £99 I paid for platinum service ( assembly and packaging removal). The chairs and a replacement table arrived today. Except the delivery guys wouldn’t take the table away because I hadn’t dismantled it and they wouldn’t/couldn’t assemble the new table or unpack the chairs because they hadn’t been trained to do so. Not their fault - they were very helpful. After half an hour of phone calls to their delivery boss and me to Moda they were told to drive away with my delivery!!! I told them I had paid for what was on their van and they would be stealing my furniture if they took it away. They were on my side. They disappeared and brought it back 10 minutes later. I now have 1 faulty table and 4 big boxes in my garden. Moda have said someone will come out on Friday to build the table and unpack the chairs. Just in time for the weather to change. Really. Avoid at all costs.

dealing with delivery issues

I'm excitedly looking forward to receiving my Moda furniture but, sadly, the delivery company used by Moda were not very good. I spoke with Hamza at Moda and he was fantastic, getting everything up and going. Looking forward to getting the furniture. Just to add. The furniture arrived just hours after my conversation with Hamza. Very rare these days but this is truly spectacular customer service. From being frankly annoyed, I am an extremely happy customer and am very impressed with Hamza and the Moda team. Many thanks indeed!

Do not trust this company

5th Review Ok so they are not refunding me for a damaged sofa. It’s 5 weeks now and I’m tired of playing email ping pong with these con artists. My last review someone claiming to be Jules promised she would sort it - there is no Jules! I’ve spent hours on the phone trying to get through to these guys - last time I waited an hour and 27 mins, finally got through and requested a refund and pick up - promised a manager would call me within 2 hours. I heard nothing. I just want this nightmare to end. I’m recovering from breast cancer and this stress is just too much. The sofa was mis advertised - it is definitely not all weather but to top it off it arrived damaged. I just want them to refund me and pick this eyesore up. I’ve had such a terrible experience with all the lies I am simply anxious about letting them pick it up without a refund as I just don’t think I’ll ever see the money again. Just avoid them and save yourself the headache.
