I have been waiting 14 days for a £2,862 refund that I was promised on multiple times, once after having spent 2 hours and 15 minutes on the phone. I am taking legal action. Completely unnacceptable

great product when they arrive but…

great product when they arrive but communication, and in particular their chosen courier are shocking. outdoor sofa was meant to arrive within 1 to 2 weeks, eventually arrived but coffee table missing. 3 weeks later still waiting. Their courier company is so difficult to deal with and changed delivery dates without even communicating

The product never arrived

The product never arrived, difficult to get hold of the company and they have not resolved the matter. The website looks great as do the products, pity Moda do not follow this through to customer services. I have looked on their facebook page, lots of people posted that they ordered and not yet received a delivery, nor a reply/contact from Moda. Moda have not commented on any of these facebook post. Do not answer telephone and do not react to emails. AVOID

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I ordered garden furniture in March which was not delivered in the 7-10 weeks timescales promised due to lack of stock. Impossible to get through to customer service. I asked for a full refund by email and by phone on 3 occasions but no reply from the company, and no refund. I have had to get my credit company involved. Adie 20th June. I immediately emailed Jules from Moda, as requested by her, with further details about the problems re my order and lack of refund, and I have had no response at all.

Awful company DO NOT BUY FROM THEM we have waited over 5 weeks for a delivery when we ordered it was 10 days, got a email from delivery company arriving at 07.50am, nothing, then 11am, nothing 1.10 chased and its apparently disappeared, they do not tracking and are also based in Dubai, will not put you on to anyone senior. Now reportimg them to the police and trading standards.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Been waiting for our furniture for 2.5 months. I tried calling twice today and left as "next person in the queue" for an hour (twice). I tried to use the chatbot on their website, but it doesn't offer anything other than "Have you seen this article?"

Appalling communication and service

Ordered furniture in Feb 24 with 15 week wait due to no cover being available. 16 weeks later still no delivery and when rang was told it wouldn't be available until July. Asking for furniture to be delivered and cover to follow led to me waiting a whole day for a delivery that didn't arrive. No communication with me and when ringing them to be told it's out for delivery when it clearly wasn't. Rang again to be told issues in warehouse and new delivery date arranged to then be rung again to be told that they could only deliver the chairs and no table as it's damaged. Asking to then cancel the delivery and requested a refund led to a call the next day to arrange confirm the delivery time, again saying cancel the order and then told someone would ring me that day to sort out the refund...didn't happen. Having waited another hour to speak to someone to try and cancel again, I have been told someone will call me back in the next 2 hours and 3 hours later I am still waiting. Appalling communication and customer service and I can't rate the product as have never seen it
