Shocking Company - AVOID
I placed an order on 14th January and after numerous delays and misinformation, I have still not received all the items including the gas fire pit table. Almost 24 weeks! One of the items delivered was defective and has still not been replaced. Unless you want garden furniture for next year, I wouldn't bother with Moda. EDIT. Despite numerous promises after I left my review, I have yet to receive my table after nearly 7 MONTHS!!. The original table has been discontinued. The cover I ordered is not in stock until August.

Garden furniture.
Emailed twice regarding garden furniture. I did receive a reply. I was asked to respond to the emails, which I did, but no response from then on. Finally, several days later, I gave up and telephoned, and waited 40 minutes for the call to be answered. Fortunately I spoke to Muhammad Kahn who was very helpful and finally sorted everything out satisfactorily.

Following a series of delivery problems and difficulty getting through to a customer services person, I eventually got through to Alishe Khalid, who was amazing. She went above and beyond. What an asset to the customer services department. Give that girl a pay rise!

Cannot speak to anyone
After going in store, I've been trying my best to buy a sofa set from Moda but I physically cannot get in contact with anyone to answer some queries. Their chat but is useless "AI", on the phone lines you sit in a queue for 30 mins for it to then just ring continuously. I've emailed support but they were equally useless. If this is the treatment for potential customers, definitely don't have high hopes for after sales support!

Table totally unfit for guarantee..weather wrecked in 2 years
We purchased our Halo 2N furniture set in Light Grey 2 years ago at a cost of just under £5000. The table is literally disintegrating in the sun (what we have of it in UK) and when we tried to use the 7 year guarantee recently we have been told that it is no longer valid as the company went into administration and Moda is under new management. That may well be the case but in the meantime they still continue to sell this furniture and my reason for posting this review is to WARN others that the table is not fit for purpose and this item does not withstand sun and all weathers, as they still claim that it does. It makes the garden set look like a very bad choice and terrible investment.

Poor delivery service.
Poor delivery service. Our furniture was ordered in May, and they said the first date for delivery is the 3rd July! This was for a special occasion, my mothers 90th and this company is letting us down! I’ve bought from them before and all was fine, but this is the last time I wil use them, we wanted the large corner sofas, but this will be purchased elsewhere. Let’s see how long it takes them to reply!

The worst company I have dealt with. 0 customer service.
Sadly, I have had the complete opposite experience with this company vs the rest of the reviews. I ordered an outdoor setting a month ago. Was advised delivery would be 3-10 days. It came 12 days later and they delivered the wrong furniture. I sat on the phone for 1 hour 20 minutes trying to get through to customer services to advise of incorrect delivery that day. We were advised that they would collect the wrong furniture but could not give a date for delivery of correct furniture. They came to collect a week later and then drove off as furniture had to be unpacked to get out of house and would not wait for us to pack it up when out of house to load into van. For the last 2 weeks I have tried to contact customer services numerous times by emailing and sitting on the phone for 1 hour plus trying to get hold of someone to help me. No apologies no customer service what so ever. No response to direct questions regarding delivery and if there was a problem Still waiting to have articles collected a week later. Still do not know if they will deliver correct order with conflicting advice from reps - was advised by one rep early in week that collection and delivery would be same day. Advised by another rep that no delivery just collection. This has been the most absolutely appalling service and experience. Have absolutely no idea when we may even receive our delivery that we paid for a month ago.

Zero Customer Service
Zero Customer Service. Tried several times to speak to an agent and the phone rings off. Or, it goes on a loop - today been on for nearly an hour waiting to get through. Very frustrating to listen to a recorded voice saying 'your call is very important to us' Really??? I'm just trying to buy - would hate to have a complaint!

Great product
Great product, and delivery was easy to organise and prompt. I'm very happy with the new sofa, it's lovely quality and looks great, but there was some damage to the coffee table. I rang Moda and they were really helpful - Muhammad Faizan Khan did a great job of sorting out the reorder.

Unreponsive customer service
I ordered a lamp three weeks ago and it was supposed to arrive in the following weeks. No news from Moda Furnishings. I have sent them more than five emails and no reply. I have tried to call them more than three times, being in the line for more than 1 hour, no reply. Lack of customer service. I do not know where my order is. Unacceptable
