cannot hold anymore with this company, if someone can advise me that is best to do, how to get my order ? order made on March, still no received all items. nobody care about anything at this company.....ahhhhhhh, so angry..... I even visited storage were paid the money, after argument I was offered to walk away and wait..... regarding review on trustpilot company offering money to take bad review away.......

Do not buy from this company
After reading trustpilot it seems I am just one of many people that has ordered expensive garden furniture expecting it to last for years and also be covered by a 7 year warranty to find out after 2 years all the rattan on my table is splitting in different areas and after contacting the company they will not honour the warranty as they went into liquidation. Now we are left with a table that looks awful and needs replacing!!!

I’m really upset the set my parents bought for a special birthday present hasn’t lasted the quality of there rattan breaks down in the sun! I had a replacement 5 years ago and it’s suppose to have a 7year warranty, I’ve had it covered throughout winter and all cushions stored inside so I’ve kept it immaculate, I’d be very wary about purchasing from this company as you think you should spend the money as you have the guarantee, but they have emailed to say they have ceased trading under moda furnishings Ltd and are now trading under moda furnishings.co.uk so our warranty is not valid, if this company shuts down and reopens like this it’s rather concerning for anyone purchasing in my opinion don’t waste your money!

Goes from bad to worse!
I put in an order for Moda Furnishings a couple months ago and they delivered the wrong item. The item I want is now out of stock until April 2025. I have now waited four weeks for someone to collect the incorrect item in spite of being promised it is going to be resolved twice a week! Salva Jamil you ARE NOT a man of your word! Empty promises! MODA = Massive Order Disaster Awaiting. THE WORST COMPANY FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Ordered furniture 2 months ago, should have arrived in the warehouse last week but still haven’t heard anything. Attempted to call multiple times this week to find out where the delivery is at and no one answers (waited over 30mins each time). Really disappointed with the response and accessibility for speaking to someone. I would like someone to be in contact asap

No delivery since March 2024
I can honestly say I'll be surprised to see either my furniture arrive or my money back. Placed an order in March 2024 for a corner set with table benches and parasol. A random selection of parts arrived in May - It is now mid June and the majority of the order has not been delivered. Several dates were promised all have been missed. Customer service committed a 15% refund and a final delivery date - we asked for this in writing - 'unsurprisingly' no email followed, no delivery happened, no call back was made. Takes close to an hour to get through to anyone on the phone (if they pick up). Cannot even process a return as you are required talk on the phone. The original company went into administration in 2023 and is now apparently under new ownership... this company looks like its happy to take orders and not care about delivering the product.

If I could give zero I would. I went to Moda because I saw a sectional seating arrangement with a charcoal fire pit and the price was great. We actually went to the showroom in Trafford to have a look first. We purchased the product and it arrived late feb 2024. I phoned Moda customer service as there were white marks and a couple of dints in the table top. While on the phone I sent an email with a picture. The operator raised a replacement order. In the image you can clearly see it’s on the table top. And we had discussed th4 matter in full. I rang in mid April to see where the replacement was and was told it would arrive at the back end of April and the delay was due to shipping problems. In may I had yet to receive it and rang again. I was given a date and the delivery company rang to confirm. The delivery didn’t arrive and neither Moda or the delivery company rang to apologise. I then spent nearly an hour again waiting in a queue to speak to an agent at Moda who did apologise and another delivery date was arranged and again the delivery company rang to confirm. I did ask where the delivery had gone and they told me it went to another address? 2nd delivery didn’t arrive and again no calls to explain or to apologise. I then spent another hour on modas telephone system and i got cut off during the call and had to queue again. I would like to,point out that I also emailed Moda on each occasion. Eventually again Moda apologised and said it was an issue with the warehouse. 3rd delivery date was organised and the delivery man rang to confirm. In the conversation he randomly asked what it was that I was expecting to be delivered. I told him a square large glass table top. He said that he had a wind deflector which can be held in one hand. I didn’t know what this was and I was told it was the small,piece of glass that covers the charcoal pit inset. I said no that’s not correct so that delivery was terminated even before it started. I then spent the next hour on the phone with queueing and discussing with the operator what had previously happened and that the replacement wasn’t for a wind deflector it was for the large glass top of the table. They apologised as they had the image. I also asked what compensation I was to receive and they gave me 3 options and I took the £100 credit note, which I have not received? I also asked if someone could remove the old table top and replace it with the new one and the guy said absolutely that’s the least we could do. And he assured me he would sort out my £100 credit note. I then was given a 4th delivery date for the glass table top replacement and I emailed Moda to ensure that the right product was going to arrive. I had a couple of emails from Moda of which one I was told to ignore telling me they were delivering the replacement table base? But then another email arrived to say ignore that email. I also rang Moda to check the right product was going to be delivered. I waited 50 mins and when I got through she couldn’t hear me but I heard her repeating my landline number and she rang back. I went through the situation again and she assured me it was the glass table top and I said that they would take the old one and put the new one on the base as I was on my own and it’s too heavy. Oh no she said you haven’t paid for a platinum service (when we purchased the product platinum service was not available). I told her that the agent on the previous conversation had said they would. Who was it she asked. Surely I said you have that on your system. One sec she said I will go and check. 10 mins on hold I was cut off. I expected her to call back as she had my number but I didn’t get a call. Today 12th June at 112pm the 4th delivery man arrived with a wind deflector. No I said I am not accepting this and I showed him the table top. I need this replacement. Oh he said you need the table top yes I said. I called Moda again but after being in the queue and being in the queue for just under an hour at number 1 in the queue I gave up and emailed. I would like to point out that the sectional is lovely and the charcoal fire pit is great. But please it can’t be this difficult.

Good furniture - poor Relations
I tried to contact Moda numerous times on the phone and Email - they do not monitor hello or help desk email - If they do im sure there would have been a response to one of my emails. the furniture is good im sure as I alreay have Moda furniture but their lack of expertise and contact has made my most recent purchase somewhat laboured. Also the sales line had an operative whoi was very hard to understand and the phone was very quiet.
