Avoid at all costs…

Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. Same experience as many others. Delivery yesterday, table delivered, but no sofa. Tried to call Moda No one answers phone. Message tells me I am 17th in queue. 20 minutes later I'm still 17th in queue. Option 4 on call is supposedly for delivery problems. It says..This mailbox is full, and cuts you off. During initial hanging on, the recorded message tells me Your call is important to us. Not a chance Our high level of customer service.....It doesn't exist Sent emails, but no call back. I had shown the website to a friend who was looking for garden furniture and he was just about to place an order for almost £2000. When he heard about my experience he went elsewhere. Wonder how often that happens,. Pathetc.

Excessive delivery times, failed to deliver, no communication.

Quick update. 8 days since they agreed to cancel the order and refund me. Still no refund. Honest Review. Quiet possibly the worst E commerce experience I have ever had. Ordered an in-stock item with delivery in 3-10 days. Confirmed order but told item would be late and delivered on 19th June. Arranged to work from home on 19th June. No delivery arrived. Emailed customer service no response, contacted customer service no response. Rang company this morning, oh the item is not in stock. No contact during this period no notification of stock out. Told item is on back order and will be a few weeks. Canceled order and then told it will take 5-8 days for a refund. Risk it if you want but I will never again. Update: It gets worse. Told delivery would be today 19th June. Nothing has arrived. No contact. Terrible customer service. Avoid. Ordered a accessory, that was in stock and website states 3-10 days delivery. Contacted 5 days after the order to say that the nearest delivery date was in 17 days time. Not impressed.

Avoid! Order placed in March, half of it delivered in May and the rest still not delivered as of 7th June. Customer Service lied multiple times over the phone promising my order will be in stock and ready for delivery only to get me off the line. The same with their manager team - not fulfilled what they promised and never called back. I’m now contemplating getting Moda to pick up what they delivered and refunding my money

Utterly terrible service

Utterly terrible and pathetic! We can’t say fully how bad the service and support was that we received from Moda. We ordered in March and it took some three months to receive our full delivery. But we only got there because we had to make multiple calls, messages and complaints. The level of response was inadequate and we continually had to repeat ourselves. Some of the worst customer service we have ever received. Continual assurances and promises were made that were false. Hours lost chasing and waiting for delivery. We cannot and would not recommend. Approach with extreme caution
