I highly recommend NOT to use this company. I ordered my goods on the 25th May, 5 days later i hadn’t received any info on delivery so sent an email. I had a prompt reply that said my item was not in stock and not available until end of July! Almost 2 months away, this wasn’t on the website when I ordered and I didn’t receive any communication to advise that it was going to take so long. I requested a refund and received a reply to see it would be processed, I then received another email a few hours later which stated sorry for the delay and I’d get some free cushions, I only ordered a water proof cover!! So clearly they had mixed up orders. I have written 2 emails with no reply in the last few days as I have now been waiting for a refund for 10 days! I highly believe that a lot of these reviews on trust pilot are also fake, their ChatBot is also very basic, thrown together I am sure to look as they are up with the big companies, it asked for the subjects I wanted to talk about so I put in ‘Refund’ it gave 3 articles which referenced nothing to do with refunds, not even to point me at the contact page, when the bot asked if it answered my question and I said no, it just ended the chat, horrendous customer service and I work in the contact centre space. I was asked by Trust Pilot if I wanted to amend my review after Moda's response.. yes i do... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I am still without my refund, i have tried to get through to their call centre for 4 days, i eventually get through and i have now been put on hold for 15mins after taking 25mins to get through. They HAVE NOT as they suggested in their reply given me a refund. I have had worse customer service but what i find disgusting about this company is that on the surface, their Chatbot, In queue announcements, website etc all come across as a professional outfit, its all a front, i suspect they have 1 person in the customer service. I am now moving to take legal action

No Customer Service, No Communication!
No Customer Service, No Communication! I placed on order on the 11th April. It has still not been delivered in full nor have I received ANY communication. I had already phoned them and managed to get a partial delivery after chasing but nothing heard since. Have made 5 attempts to phone them...no answer...in queue for over 15 minutes every time and so tried the website...no answer after it said it would connect me...waited 15 minutes again!!! This used to be a good company who were very good on customer service...100% not the case now...be warned!

Almost impossible to speak to a customer service agent
Ordering is easy however trying to speak to someone to find out when my order will be delivered is almost impossible! Ordered almost 2 weeks ago, my item is apparently in stock however no contact to arrange delivery. They are pushing you to contact them by Live Chat however I can only ever get an automated service and not a real person.

7 year warranty worthless
In recent years I have spent several thousand pounds on Moda rattan furniture secure in the knowledge that it was backed by their 7 year warranty. They describe their warranty as: Our industry-leading 7 year guarantee gives you ultimate peace of mind that your new garden furniture is designed & built to last. Use your furniture knowing that the weave and frame will be covered for any manufacturing defects. My rattan furniture was excellent but has started to show signs of signs of UV degradation so I submitted a claim in line with their industry leading guarantee. Imagine my surprise and annoyance to be told by Moda Furnishing that they slightly changed their name in July 2023 and so are not obliged to honour previous warranties and obligations. Their claims for their warranty are still on their website as previously but only for recently purchased items. Buyer beware. A company like this simply changes its name to avoid its liabilities. The warranty on my furnishing is now worthless. What will yours be in a couple of years time? WRITTEN AFTER THE MODA REPLY Buyer beware. Moda are still making the same claims about their warranty that they did before July 2023. The rattan is NOT UV stabilised and degrades in the sun but don’t rely on the warranty to address the problem.

Just had a terrible encounter
Just had a terrible encounter with your delivery driver. PK19 SVA His customer service skills are horrendous. Being abusive to me and another fellow motorist. And failing to understand the highway code. After his abuse and me informing him I'd be reporting it. He promptly moved his van aside so I and the other motorist who'd been waiting 5 mins already got thru. His attitude and general demeina was utterly disgusting. Having people like that representing your company is not a good thing for business.

Delivery problems
The original delivery had the table missing. It was promised but two delivery dates were given and both failed to deliver. Finally, the table was delivered and it’s a completely different colour! Getting hold of anyone is near impossible.

ABSOLUTE DISGRACE
ABSOLUTE DISGRACE! If only you could rate with no stars or negative ones would be even better! I ordered nearly £4000 worth of garden furniture 3 months ago. I rang with a query and they were very helpful - confirmed everything would be delivered with 8 weeks. I’ve had nothing. Spent close to 2 hours on hold and still my call wasn’t answered. I was contacted by the delivery team to arrange delivery for part of my order. They rang in the day of delivery to confirm the postcode and said they would arrive within 2 hours - nothing! Just didn’t turn up. I rang the driver back the next day and he played stupid saying he’d never rung me and didn’t know what I was talking about. THE WHOLE SET UP IS AN ABSOLUTE SHAMBLES! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

My initial experience of MODA…
My initial experience of MODA Furnishings was very poor. My parasol arrived with screws missing rusty gears (having been used before). However, I called customer services & got through to Hamza. He apologised, quickly noted all issues and then organised a replacement product to be delivered & professional installed at my house, three days later (also collecting the faulty product). The customer service was very good (thanks to Hamza) - hence 5 stars.
