Completely unresponsive to multiple emails, mailbox full and so can’t speak to anyone, website lists the call centre as open to 7 but shuts at 5.. just don’t buy from here.

Poor customer service

Poor customer service, My partner ordered a MODA water fountain. The order was received on the 21/05/2024.The water fountain was not as described on the site. We returned the order and we are yet to receive the refund. We tried contacting them as they promised the refund will be in the next working days. We have contacted MODA on several occasion but to no avail. Call waiting time can be more than 2hours. How can a company be so poor in their customer service. I would not recommend this company. I need my refund as soon as possible.

Used to be a good company with helpful…

Used to be a good company with helpful and honest customer service. Since going into liquidation last summer and being taken on by new owners, customer service is now non existent / very poor and having spent nearly £6k on furniture back in March….half of it still hasn’t been delivered ( table will now be here in July they say) and some of it is broken. Go elsewhere ….Blue Diamond is supposed to be better.

Placed original order May 11th

Placed original order May 11th, delivery came on time, albeit table was missing. Contacted MODA who ordered the table again May 24th, delivery agreed for June 6th, however delivery driver had nothing on board for us. I've heard nothing from MODA or the delivery service so decided to call today. I've been on hold now for 2 hours. Personally I will be looking else where now as opposed to using MODA in the future, very disappointing service overall.

Stalling and no communication

Ordered outdoor sofa and table. First they lied to me about leading times and only after I complained, they called to arrange a delivery (another two weeks delay). Today, only the table arrived. No communication whatsoever from their end. I think I'll be cancelling the order altogether. Edit: I've contacted customer service at the same time as I wrote this review. It's been 7 days and no one replied.

7 months since order and still missing items

Waited 5 months for my order, two days before expected delivery I was advised part of the order was unavailable and asked me to select an alternative. Selected something else, advised 6 week delivery 10 weeks in still no item so I have an incomplete patio set. Terrible service.

Don’t be fooled

Ordered furniture in January, after checking out reviews on this company and finding the furniture I was looking for after many months of searching. The items were supposedly stock items and I had read it was a ten week delivery (in fact it was 10 days) so I didn’t chase as the email said they would be in touch to arrange delivery. After 11 weeks I hadn’t heard anything so contacted them, they were very efficient and said the delivery company would be in touch to arrange delivery (only deliver to our area on Wednesdays). The morning was booked off work and delivery was made by two very accommodating delivery men, however a number of items were missing, including the large table, an integral part of the set. Contacted Moda, who apologized and offered compensation options (which was later downgraded and now nonexistent) another delivery date was organised. Another morning off work was organised only for the delivery to not arrive and no contact from the company. We contacted them, and delivery was arranged for the following week, as they only deliver on Wednesdays. Another morning waiting around for delivery for them not to turn up and no contact, again! When ringing this time no redelivery was arranged as they would have to look into it and then no further phone calls from them, never once returning our calls or emails, still to this day. Tried the delivery company number, no luck, tried their online chat with no response. Spent hours on the phone waiting to get through, think there was only one person answering all the calls as I got through to her every time the phone was eventually answered. Customer service is nonexistent, just repeat the same things, do nothing to help in anyway, no managers available to escalate to. Eventually I sent an email asking to arrange return of the items we had received and for a full refund - still had no response. The following week, delivery of the missing items appeared despite saying this wasn’t convenient and wanting the order returning and have had zero contact from this company since. Extremely unprofessional company and very disappointing experience.

The very worst customer experience I…

The very worst customer experience I have EVER experienced I have twice rung customer service. The first time I was kept waiting 40 minutes and then had to hang up to return to work. The next day I rang at 4.00 PM. 8th in the queue! An hour,a whole hour later I’m first in the queue. I’m ostensibly put through twice,I.e. a phone started to ring but I then was returned to being “ first in the queue “ I emailed their so called customer service department and have yet to receive a reply. My reason for calling? I wanted to know where my order,placed 3 weeks earlier had got to. If it takes over an hour to answer 7 calls I can only assume they have only ONE person aanswering calls

Dreadful service

Dreadful service. Placed Order - no response from delivery team after 3 weeks despite "our delivery team will be in touch shortly". Tried to ring . Complete joke. Deliver team option returns message "this mailbox is full" and cuts you off. Tried another option (other than sales - which - what a surprise answers immediately) and placed in a queue. After 90 mins on hold, was promptely cut off. Tried so called onlinechat. It's just a bot returning standard info elsewhere on website. No help whatsoever. Paid huge amount of money. No furniture, no contact and no way of finding out where it is. Buy elsewhere would be my advice.

****DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY**** I purchased a garden set from Moda on 13th May to be informed having already paid that 2 of the items in the garden set were actually unavailable. We decided to proceed having been told 1 item would be coming back into stock and that the other item could be substituted. Delivery day came and the movers were efficient but did not confirm that all items had been delivered and nor was there any paperwork presented. It was discovered that 1 item has not been delivered and so I called Moda - that was where the customer experience took a nose dive. Considering the cost involved, there was ZERO APOLOGY given and I was advised that a member of the delivery team would call. A wasted 30 minute phone call and there has been NO call from the delivery team. I am now on hold and have been for over an HOUR plus their website is down. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone and STAY CLEAR - also do not believe any response that is given to this message on this website - I have emailed the company and received ZERO response. If only you could give a ZERO RATING.
