Appalling customer service

Appalling customer service. Ordered an item 5-10 days delivery only to be called on day 10 that it would be delivered at a later date. Day 18 and still no sign of it. As for the online chat, when it’s been turned off and the website can’t be reached, you know they don’t want to answer the staggering amount of complaints. Heading in to hour 2 of being on hold for the third time.

Company seems to have disappeared

I don’t know who has written the recent reviews. I ordered a cover on March 23rd for my Moda furniture. I’ve tried several times to call and I’ve never got through. Even when the queue has gone to zero. Neither does the website work as it errors. I’m now left wondering where my money and order is. I wouldn’t order anything from this company if I were you. Unfortunately I can’t trust this reply due to my experience to date. No communication whatsoever despite significant endeavours via telephone, email, chat. The email address is on my order form but I have no confidence that it will be responded to. It’s too little too late. I’ve disputed the payment with my credit card company so will leave it to them.

Lies and terrible customer service!

Update: after many calls, emails and eventually a letter via the post we finally have our money back. They offered 10% off as compensation for the delay but having read more negative reviews I’m glad we stuck to our guns for a refund. Sounds like this company will be out of business soon based on the trend of bad reviews. Bought £5k worth of garden furniture with expected delivery 1-8days from purchase (mid May). 7 days later I rang to confirm that they had received my order and confirm the delivery date. They said that all items weren’t in stock (only the cover) and that delivery would be mid/end July (2months after the order). Pretty pointless receiving it after the British summer has past! I said I needed the future asap for my son’s birthday event (early June). They made countless promises that instock items would be delivered asap. Several phone calls and emails were exchanged and I waited in all day on my son’s birthday for the delivery which never showed up. I Have emailed the company several times since (one week later) and spent hours on hold waiting to speak to one of the team! Sat here as I type this once again on hold (almost 3 hours). I want to cancel my order and get my money back! I feel very mislead and let down by this company. They won’t be getting my business again.

Order placed first week of April Not had any contact re delivery No responses from email, telephone system doesn’t allow incoming calls and directs back to email … tried instagram messaging but they wont accept messages - are they a proper company or have we been duped Have emailed as requested and guess what? No reply!!

Fraudulent business. Avoid!

Item shown in stock so ordered. Nothing heard after 10+ working days. They ignore ALL emails. I’ve spent half the day on hold trying to call them (one call alone was 90 mins and I was only number 7 in the queue!) only to have the line go dead or get hung up. CON CON CON CON CON!!!!

Super service

It was a very efficient service - friendly delivery team, they notified us when they’d arrive, arrived as expected, were respectful of the property and our purchase, unwrapped it for us and took away the packaging, all in all an excellent service. The delivery team were H Deol and Naujeet- thank you!

Dreadful customer service

I bought the 6 cube set which seats 10. Firstly the delivery was sent minus two chairs and two foot stools. The assembly instructions were for the 4 cube and therefore there weren’t enough screws/washers and nuts. I have been waiting for the additional screws for a month now. No calls returned. Absolute joke of a company.
