Company still have issues post administration

Don’t use! We are 7 weeks from making our order & the fire pit table didn’t show up. Said it had been damaged but was told by moda staff it’s more likely it wasn’t packed for delivery if not in the delivery van. Admitted there are issues with their delivery systems. Cushions were out of stock by the time delivery came too! They haven’t got their act together yet after the issues last year. Unpacked it and there is damage to it where it’s been dropped ! The reply below saying email Jules - she hadn’t replied either. Now after unpacking gas fire stuff that’s also damaged. Minimum wage staff throwing stuff about??! Update - 6/6/24 only just received refund for cushions & yet to speak to a manager or receive our compensation as promised. Finally received replacement fire pit set today.

Warranty no longer valid - left with faulty furniture

We purchased furniture in 2021 along with that came a 7 year guarantee. Company went into liquidation last year. All 3 pieces of furniture are faulty and have now been told the warranty is invalid. Trading virtually under the same name, even still selling the exact same set, so no doubt faults ongoing. So disappointing and feel let down

Never again

Chasing these guys has been an absolute ordeal. They will only deliver on a Wednesday, so I took annual leave. Their delviery window was 7-11AM and they did not arrive. We had to call the delivery team who finally arrived, they were sweet but they only had half of our order. Next 3 days chasing the right order after hours on the phone. Finally sorted for next wednesday delivery, has to request my employer to work from home. Monday reveived email, order out of stock- will change to another model. Tuesday night, email confirmation of delivery from 7-11AM. Come wednesday, noone came. Called customer service, they said they will call back- nothing. I cannot believe this. We have been through literal nightmare ordering and chasing this order. First of all changing order every week, colour , style. The delivery service company is absolutely useless. I have told a friend who was looking to buy from them not to bother due to our horrific experience. Shameful

Don't like how you have to put your details in to pay to try and get your discount, it should show your final bill before putting your details in . I won't be buying because of this .

Disappointed :-(

The pattern to my original order is not the same as what was received and it does not come with any way of hanging the screens in the pack. There are also small marks on the front ( I bought cream). Disappointed as I haven't gone cheap :-(

Zaya was so welcoming and helpful. The prices were better than many sets I had seen online and it was great to try out the chairs to see which were the most comfortable before I made a purchase.

Non-existent customer service and no goods

Last attempt at contacting Moda before initiating a chargeback via our credit card company. Ordered nearly a month ago, promised 5 day delivery, nothing for weeks. Finally promised delivery last week, nothing. Impossible to contact. Sort it out please. EDIT: I have sent Jules an email as requested and no reply....
