Beware! Reading reviews it seems I’m not alone. Spent a lot of money with Moda 4 years ago. Now the rattan weave is splitting and breaking up. Clearly not UV resistant. I’ve also been told I cannot claim on my 7 year warranty (which specifically states the weave is covered) due to the recent change of ownership. Very unhappy to say the least. Dodgy company to deal with in my opinion. No doubt the same will happen again leaving customers high and dry. You have been warned :( Ref reply from Moda Furnishings. “Rebranded”?? You were Moda Furnishings before and you’re still Moda Furnishings now. It’s not rebranding, it’s a scam to wipe out debt, dodge warranty claims and pocket the money from orders placed without fulfilling them IMO. Disgusting behaviour from a business. As I said, you have been warned. Buy elsewhere.

I cannot even begin to explain the absolute incompetency of this company and their third party couriers . I have been let down , lied to , made to wait around for deliveries and pick ups that were never happening . At the end of the day they sold me a table Set that was never available . I cannot Strongly advise enough against buying from this company . In a full complaint written to them over this weekend , I got offered a £25 voucher off my next purchase with them, I would never ever purchase anything from them ever again. Whole experience from Start to finish was totally unprofessional and beyond belief considering the amount of money I paid for the set , £1700. Stay well clear of this company for your own sanity . If there was an option to give no stars I would .

I don't need to get into detail here but 'Sukey' and the people at Moda care...that's rare i think when dealing with people you're never going to meet...they were brilliant with me. They showed empathy and couldn't have done more. There's no question as well on the quality of their products.

Caveat Emptor!. Spent over £8,000 on Moda Rattan Garden furniture only 2 years ago. Was told at the time Moda furniture was guaranteed for 7 years. Now the large Storage box and 6 seater table are disintegrating and falling apart. Tried to reach out to Moda but was advised it is not their problem anymore as they changed their name (slightly) but are still selling the same furniture and offering the same guarantee. Be very careful dealing with these people as the guarantee is worthless!

This is a retrospective review of a not so recent purchase. We ordered the Eton rattan balcony set - two chairs and small table seven years ago. At the time they were a bit pricey but now so glad we chose these. They sit out in our balcony - East facing, very close to the sea all year round and put up with all kinds of winter weather. Sitting here on our balcony today in the May sunshine, I can honestly say they look as good as the day we had them delivered. (And they get constant daily use for probably 7 months of the year.) The covers wash well and the foam has kept its shape. Highly recommend.

As an update to my previous review I got my money back off these crooks by chargeback and not having to use section 75 on my credit card and would advise other people not to give up. Although I guess the refund did not come out of Moda’s funds...shame FYI… To people who have purchased furniture off Moda years ago using a credit card…if you have a fault with your furniture and Moda will have nothing to do with you get in touch with your credit card company. As when you purchased the furniture you also purchased the warranty with your credit card. So I believe the credit card company has an obligation to honour the warranty. Having read the last few recent (not relevant) reviews on Moda it looks like things have not changed and they are still letting people down. It was a blessing in disguise that I didn’t receive my furniture off this outfit as looking elsewhere it made me realise how overpriced they are. As for the 7 year warranty it’s obvious this is why their furniture is overpriced…..so they can send you another when it falls apart, although you have effectively already paid for it. I see they are still spouting the “Moda Furnishings entered administration in July 2023” excuse. No excuse for the deal they did...although technically legal absolutely immoral, although I think they know my views on that which was in my first review.

Just awful, I’ve been sent a sofa with holes in. It’s supposed to be waterproof (and it isn’t) and they have failed to ship the cover and now tell me it’s weeks away from being shipped.. A huge garden sofa is now sat in my lounge as I can’t put it outside as it’s not waterproof and I have no cover! Customer services are ignoring me despite numerous calls and emails. Shocking quality and service.

Do not buy from Moda. I ordered a furniture set back in February and received delivery of some of the items for the first time today (25 May), but incredibly the table and the majority of the sofa is missing without explanation. Their service is useless. Definitely buy through someone else.

Bought an outdoor sofa a couple of years ago, aftersales wasn't great, had to chase up delivery before it eventually got sorted, 'premium' delivery service was rushed and they didn't bother clipping anything together which is the most fiddly part. The actual furniture though seems well made. That was until I washed the covers (done according to instructions), one shrank so badly it won't fit. Rang up for help, I didn't mind paying for a cover as it was a couple of years old, however, lots of excuses about company going into administration (which seems like one of those situations where the company goes under, debts written off and then they spring back up the next day and carry on, no doubt with the same owners). They say they no longer sell the same sofa, they do, it's just got an extra letter tagged on the end of the same name. I was told I had to buy a whole new section of the sofa just to replace a cushion cover. I was promised a call back to sort that out and they never called. Given up now, won't buy anything again.

My delivery was scheduled to take place between 7am and 11am it arrived at 06.30am and it arrived incomplete! I made a complaint as I was not informed the order would be incomete and I was assured of a new date 1 week later where I would be upgraded to platnum delivery..where the furniture would be built and the waste removed. Again scheduled to take place 7am to 11am. Order arrived at 06.05am and they dropped and left ..they did not build the furniture as they were supposed to. I was asked if I would like them to make another date to come out to do this...I was not willing to wait and so sorted this myself..very poor service which is a shame as the product is excellent
