The trades and support staff were professional. The only minor issue was with the finish of the boxed-in pipes after installing copper and plastic pipes. The wood was pinned back, and the finish didn't meet my expectations. I made the inspector aware of this and was informed it was classed as decoration. Three months later following inspection, the only issue reported was the outside pipe not turned into the wall. Prior to installation a new loft ladder was fitted to meet health and safety requirements of which I am very pleased. So over all, I am very pleased with the new gas boiler and radiators funded by the Scottish Government Warm Homes Scheme. Thank you very much.
